The Sjögårdarna area by Lake Siljan offers an outdoor gym, sports field, lakeside access, and beautiful nature trails. Within walking distance of Tällberg, where you'll find shops, cafés, restaurants, a gym, a spa, and events! The house covers 64 square meters (689 square feet): a large living room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a common room, 2 bedrooms, a toilet/shower/laundry room, and a toilet. It’s easy to feel at home here! The bed will be freshly made with sheets when you arrive, and clean towels will be provided. This is a really cozy 27 sqm cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29 sqm veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Lake Siljan, 10 minutes from central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are lovely walking trails along Lake Siljan nearby, which can be enjoyed in both summer and winter.

You have a large part of the downstairs and the host family lives upstairs, respect in both directions as noise from children, etc. can occur of course 😁 Parking is available next to the property.
