Loved the stay here, as soon as arrival Jamie was there for us! Definitely felt like at home, everything was just right! Close to universal for those who plan to stay close by. Would definitely come back in the future. Recommend it for anyone in general!!

This was our second time staying at the Orchard House and it did not disappoint! The home and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Our 4 kids loved the pool, treehouse, putting green, and bocce ball. So many cute cozy spots to enjoy a cup of coffee or book both inside and outside. The house is nicely spread out and could easily accommodate 2 families as there are 2 en-suite king bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked for easy cooking and was left in pristine condition. We had a number of potentially annoying requests and Todd was quick to respond and accommodating. Our kids loved visiting the many nearby playgrounds and library. We can’t wait to come back!

Stay Period: May 27th – June 1st, 2025 This home is exactly as advertised—it was a perfect fit for my family, and we had a great time enjoying the pool, the spacious layout, and the convenient location. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation in Hollywood, and this home was an ideal place to host everyone under one roof. I had a group of teenagers who loved the pool and game room, and my 2-year-old nephew had a blast in the play area with swings and slides. The host, Jaid, was incredibly responsive—every message was answered in under 10 minutes. Great communication all around! The highlight of our experience was the property manager, Jesus. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. This place truly gives you your money’s worth—and more. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

This was the best stay I’ve had!! Everything about the experience was amazing!! Marcelo was very accommodating with a last minute booking and I even extended my stay. The place was exactly what I needed for me and my two dogs. The yard is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The living quarters were super comfortable and clean. I feel fortunate to have been able to stay at this gem. It truly was the best experience I’ve had thus far. Thank you Marcelo and family! The best hosts!!!

Clean, well-stocked, beautifully decorated and next to quaint, small town fire station. We made great memories while in town for a Celebration of Life.

Our family had a great long stay. We stayed here for a few weeks due to repairs being done at our home. Great, quiet location. Access to garage. Clean, spotless property. Nice backyard (our dog loved it!) and clean BBQ. Kitchen was stocked with the basics needed to cook a meal. I really loved the office and was able to work from home many days. Host was responsive. Would definitely reccomend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Phuong was great host! She's very accommodating and helpful. Her home is very nice and comfy. The neighborhood is very safe with wonderful neighbors. My husband travels for work so we've stayed a couple of times for a total of 5-6 months. We loved it everytime!

it was a decent stay but I believe my situation. had then take advantage of the situation. chair was already broken which is wht when owner came over it was put out the way so we didn't use it. I am glad I experienced this so I will do a full evaluation of home on day one.

Luis was a Wonderful Host and did an amazing Job at communicating. The place was centered in an amazing neighborhood, easy to walk in, and with beautiful scenery. The home was well kept and had everything you needed.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Austin’s home. The home is absolutely gorgeous. Located in a beautiful neighborhood in Santa Clarita, it’s peaceful and quiet. My husband and I stayed for a few days of just quiet and relaxing. This was perfect for that. But it would also be perfect if you have a family or another couple. The house itself is decorated with care and simplicity. The backyard is big with a nice size pool and jacuzzi. Austin was always attentive and responsive. It was just one of my absolute favorite stays to date. Thank you Austin! We will be back!!
