Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Les Anses-d'Arlet

We had a wonderful stay at Anne-Marie's villa! Special mention for the magnificent view of the Trois Ilets bay. The villa is very well equipped and the configuration around the view and the pool allows you to truly enjoy the outdoors. Anne-Marie provided us with very clear explanations for access and check-in and the team responsible for the reception was very professional and friendly.

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

We spent a week at the lower part of the house. The views are exceptional and truly more impressive than the photos even do justice to. We were lucky that there was no one renting the top of the house during our week, which gave us a very private and quiet setting. We adored the pool overlooking the ocean and mountainside. It’s very idyllic. Overall the space is exactly as described, with the majority of the living quarters being outside and the bedrooms and bathrooms being indoors. The kitchen is basic but has all of the necessities for a vacation. The bedrooms benefit from very strong A/C. Fred was always responsive and accommodating. A great host. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Very beautiful private villa, 2 steps from the beach , the mythical church and some shops. Parking is easy outside . The terrace is very flowery and filled with birds. The large bedroom is spacious , the second, also pretty,benefits from a private terrace with outdoor shower, all under a green setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Too bad the toilets are integrated into the bathroom. This last one deserves a refresh,a real refresh. But what a pleasure to have spent our holidays with Patrick,who is a very beautiful person. We'll be happy to go back to his place.

Thank you again so much to Jean-Luc for his kindness and availability. We were finally housed in the apartment above with an exceptional view of small cove, a nice surprise when we arrived! The accommodation is very functional with a superb terrace and all the necessary equipment. The accommodation is clean and comfortable even if some rooms could be renovated. Go there without so much as a second thought!

We have just returned from a great week in Martinique. Very nice welcome from Jean-Paul. The house perfectly matches the description. There is no opposite, the neighborhood is very quiet while being close to Anse à l 'Anne with a good bakery, beach restaurants, a supermarket for troubleshooting. We discovered "Délys Kréyol" (open on WE and holidays) in the bend under the house with succulent acras to take away among other things. The very nice pool and especially the view of Fort de France lit at night was a treat.

Great stay at Stephen's, welcoming and responsive hosts, simple and well-equipped house, we enjoyed the terrace with unobstructed views of the bay of Petite Anse, we loved our stay! Thank you

Everything was perfect: a breathtaking view of the Diamond and the Morne Larcher with the infinity pool, a spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, a large very pleasant terrace. A PERFECT stay. Very high quality hosts; super welcoming and present as needed to help us organize our trip. Very good time spent together and especially an idyllic decor. Big + for the salt pool, very pleasant; the view and the vegetation of the garden, exotic; as well as an ideal location to make the most beautiful coves of our stay. I recommend 110% away.

We spent 10 days at Valerie's and it was an exceptional experience. The sea view from the kitchen as well as the kitchen table was a favorite for us. The location is perfect, located in the middle of Martinique, so easy to get from the airport and easy to visit the different cities. The pool was a much appreciated plus. We highly recommend the place, you won't be disappointed😁

I have to agree with all the previous reviews. Corinne’s place is spectacular just as in the pictures. Great pool and great place overall. Corinne is also very attentive to your needs or questions. Would definitely recommend the place !

Nothing to say about the listing that is totally as described. Very well equipped, very clean, top bedding, mosquito nets... Welcome booklet with activities to do and Elise's favorites. Proximity to points of interest, views, direct access to the beach, breathtaking sunsets… Everything was perfect! Elise is ultra available and too friendly! If I come back to Martinique, I would definitely rent this place again! Thanks for doing your part to make this trip so wonderful!

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

Bertrand and Clementine's place was great—clean, well equipped, and with a beautiful view. The apartment is located uphill, away from the downtown area but close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and other local activities. Parking is available, which was super convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place!

Laurence was very responsive to every question asked, they are very discreet we had all our privacy. the accommodation is very clean, very well equipped little plus lots of towels available and beach towels. i recommend this listing, it's as described. and breakfast with hummingbirds is a real pleasure .

Very well received by Nicolas on our arrival, with a bonus of a small homemade punch, very much appreciated! The accommodation is perfectly equipped, functional, very clean, and ideally located. A pretty bouquet of flowers in the kitchen brought a delicate and friendly touch. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Great apartment! Very clean, easy to reach by car. A few small items were missing (condiments, paper towels, extra garbage bags for a multi-night stay). Suzelle was very responsive and friendly!

Fantastic stay in the accommodation. Everything was perfect: - the ideal location to explore the south of the island. Very quiet location with a very nice private parking space - the incredible terrace with a view of the sea and sunset. - a very big plus for the jacuzzi and the pool! It was fabulous at the end of the day - the incredible proximity of beaches for snorkeling/seeing turtles such as Anse Arlet, Anse Dufour, Le Diamant (10/20 min by car) - Well-equipped accommodation with effective air conditioning and mosquito net - Claire and her husband's very clear instructions with the sharing of good tips that facilitated our arrival and stay. Very warm in person welcome We will keep a great memory of this experience, we 100% recommend the place! Go there without a second thought!

very beautiful apartment very nice view of the bay on the heights of the donkey cove. difficult to walk to given the slope. close to the beaches of the south west of the island. Alexandra was not available upon arrival and departure,so we were hosted very well by Vanessa. thank you both isabella and bruno

DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . The view is amazing with sunsets every evening. It was the highlight of our trip, thank you for everything. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

My only complaint about staying here is that we eventually had to leave. What a wonderful getaway. Perfectly located with unobstructed views of the ocean and diamant. Walkable to many great restaurants. 11/10 cannot recommend highly enough.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

We had a great time at Stéphane's place. The accommodation is well equipped and clean, a beautiful balcony that allowed us to have our meals and the ti punch 🙂 Great interaction with Stéphane and Hedwige who gave us very specific information to make our arrival easier. I would recommend it in a second.
