The 70 m2 loft is close to the port of Vallon des Auffes, the Catalan beach, 10 minutes walk from the Old Port, directly on the waterfront, close to famous or picturesque restaurants. Completely renovated, it is conveniently located at the entrance, a 2-minute walk from the small port, beaches and departure of the coves. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped functional kitchen as well as a large living room with a living room (with sofa bed 2 pl) overlooking a large teak terrace of 40 m2, a dining area and a bathroom with toilet. Gold's paradise

The apartment faces the sea with exceptional views and a pleasant terrace for aperitifs/dinner in front of the big blue, close to restaurants, beaches, coves and hiking trails. Water shuttle 20 m to Pointe Rouge and the old port from June to September and bus 300 m. There are about ten steps to access the accommodation and the bed in the room is raised 1 m, so I do not recommend it for people with reduced mobility. We live there if needed

Villa set back from the Corniche, completely renovated by an architect, with magnificent sea views. Large volumes, very bright, located 50 m from the big blue (direct access by stairs), it overlooks a small terraced garden. Large terrace facing the sea. Parking is available directly in front of the house to load your vehicle, and a few meters away for long-term parking (free). During school holidays, weekly bookings are given priority.
