I booked to throw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this superb house as soon as we have the opportunity

This home was absolutely perfect. Without a doubt the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us (two families of 4 with small kids) and the house was never crowded. They even had a kids room for our children to play in. The view was spectacular and the infinity pool was just the cherry on top. The pool was warm and the kids spent hours everyday swimming while we relaxed in the loungers. The property even has a bocce ball court. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything anyone would need while on vacation. The hosts were also incredible. They were so friendly, welcoming and thoughtful. This home was truly the highlight of our trip to the South of France.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The property is spacious, peaceful, and truly relaxing, a perfect getaway that still feels like home away from home. It’s also in a great location, very close to everything you might need: a supermarket, flower shop, a lovely bakery, and more. A huge thank you to Jonas, our amazing host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. And a very special mention to Arlene, the villa’s charming and attentive caretaker. She made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to assist with a warm smile. My kids and I had a great unforgettable stay! We will definitely come back!!

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

We thank Daniela for her availability, kindness and responsiveness (indeed, we encountered a payment problem with BNB the day before leaving). Arrived in St Paul de Vence, Daniela gave us a warm welcome and the "Bergerie" really met our expectations in an exceptional setting. Thank you for the little treats and refreshments at our disposal. For both of us, these few days were rejuvenating, between walks, cultural discoveries of this beautiful region and relaxation in the evening in this beautiful green setting. A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

Beautiful pool and garden, nice private place, very clean and Sandra is lovely, very friendly, helpful. I did have a bit of trouble finding the place because my Google maps took me down the end of the road, so that's something to be aware of.

Loved the house and the spot, so well located. Check in was smooth and everything was very well explained. The Property has so much character and we appreciated the welcome hamper. Would recommend!

Small but nice cottage with a very nice large outdoor area. The place was as described, very clean and equipped with everything one might need for an extended stay. Communication with Nathalie and Philippe was very good. The internet didn't work at first, the problem was resolved very quickly by Philippe. We can definitely recommend this place:)

We had a great stay. Very nice apartment inside with a beautiful outside area. Location is also great - it’s close to the beach and a lot of different places can be reached within 30 mins. The parking spot was also a plus. Overall, we can fully recommend staying here as a family (2 kids and a baby).

High ceilings, private backyard, nice pool, and great kitchen area. 5 min walk to Juan Les Pins village. Great for families. Air con is in the bedrooms and you can leave doors open to allow for full house to be cooled. There are 4 showers and 2 toilets. Loved our stay here. The garden is beautiful.

A great accommodation - super clean - and well located to discover Monaco, Nice, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Menton by car 😊 There were three of us there with our 18-month-old son, everything was fine 😊 And Judith is a lovely and so accommodating hostess! She came to us super prepared and also translated everything into our language, thank you very much for the entire stay Judith!

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.
