Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Les Rousses

I spent three peaceful nights here and couldn’t have asked for more. The house is cozy and beautifully located with mountain views and a stunning terrace complete with a fireplace — perfect for unwinding. Janette was a warm and generous host, taking the time to show me around the property and the region, with helpful recommendations and maps. The house is easily accessible by car and ideal for both short and longer stays. note that it seemed like the nearby town doesn’t have much in terms of shops or restaurants, so having a car makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

Mathilde and Jordane were extremely friendly and very pleasant hosts. Communication with Mathilde was very quick and straightforward. Mathilde and Jordane had great tips for the area. The lodge is very well equipped, has a great terrace and views of the Risoux. We were on holiday with the bikes, from the lodge you can reach so many great excursion destinations/hiking trails. Merci, we will be vacationing near Risoux again!

Very nice accommodation, very quiet, ideally located in the village of Les Rousses, near Fort des Rousses (15 minutes walk). The accommodation offers high-end services; everything is well appointed; kitchen area and top amenities. The rooms are well sized ideal for 6 people. Clear views of the Rousses and the mountains. Very warm welcome from our host, very available. You're all set.

Very nice place clean and matches the photos. The only small downsides to mention would be the toilet not separated from the bathroom since only one bathroom available for 8, (despite the presence of a toilet in 1 upper bedroom). Very narrow and slippery shower. 1 bedroom mentioned for 4 but we can rather say 1 child's room to share (not convenient for 1 couple) and moreover the room is through with 1 other so for not great privacy. Despite these small downsides, very pleasant stay, Sylvia is a charming host and was very good advice. The garden is really 1 plus. Our doggies loved it. Thank you we'll be back.

Beautiful chalet: clean, super well-equipped, very cozy, quiet and well located. Lots of choices for walks, activities in the area. We had a great weekend!

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos: warm, well furnished and very clean. The owners are lovely, available and passionate about their region – they took the time to welcome us and share tips for discovering the surroundings. The accommodation is ideally located, close to the tourist sites of the Jura, while offering a real disconnection: no neighbors, absolute quiet, you feel at home. The accommodation is sublime, Gérard is very accommodating and full of good advice, the environment is sublime and peaceful. Our stay of a few days has been most relaxing and pleasant, we can only recommend.

Pleasant accommodation for an extended weekend. Close to the center of Les Rousses and shops. We had a great stay at Nolwenn's apartment.

We had a lovely stay at Amaury's. The love room is identical to the photo. Ideal location with parking in front of the accommodation. Spacious and very pleasant hot tub. Amaury is responsive, attentive and available. We recommend this place 100%!

Beautiful apartment, the view offered is magnificent. The location is ideal for discovering the region. We took the time to recharge to the sound of the cow bells. We highly recommend it!

Marie’s cozy apartment was just right for my husband and me on our first trip to France. The kitchen/living room area was just the right size to accommodate our things. She has everything needed to do any cooking you may do. The frig and dishwasher were the perfect size and worked well. We used the stovetop each day we were there. It was all digital, but easy to learn and very efficient. The shower/sink bathroom was clean and well supplied. It is a small area for one person, but very nice with a roomy shower. The heated towel rack was amazing! It kept us warm while in the bathroom. The toilet was in a separate room and worked very well. Our bed was comfortable and the room has a light blocking shade which helps at night if needed. The apartment was very quiet and overlooked out back a courtyard type area where other buildings backup to also. Marie was super nice and helpful. She answered all our questions promptly. Her instructions were clear on checkin and checkout.

Wonderful spot overlooking the lake. Pink skies waking up and breathtakingly lying suns. Boris was always available by phone and very helpful. Departure from walking tours, 30 minutes from the ski resort. Great stay. Thanks 🙏🏼

The apartment is faithful to the description in a quiet environment with a beautiful view. The chalet-style decoration is very pleasant. Well-equipped. Many activities in spring on the Rousses or nearby. The Tourist Office is also welcoming and gives good advice on activities to do.
