Very nice stay at this beautiful villa. The place was clean, convenient, and friendly. What a beautiful relaxing place to spend several days there. I would recommend this place to anyone.

QIel pleasant stay at Jaco's . Everything was perfect... Jacko contacted us about 1 week before our arrival to arrange our arrival and send us some information and photos about the accommodation and the location of the bungalow. When we arrived Jaco was there to welcome us and introduce us to the accommodation. The same evening and a few other nights in the week we shared a few aperitifs ... It was very nice to discuss the visits we were planning to do and to benefit from Jacko's advice who turned out to be a thoughtful host with us. IF we come back, we'll be back with our blue eye! Another big thank you Jaco because without you the stay would not have had the same flavor! see you very soon 😁

Small practical studio, we only stayed there one night. Clean, welcoming host. There is a place provided for your car and it's really an advantage.

We had a great time in Martinique. The villa was beautiful and as described. The air conditioning was very nice. Gilles and his wife Cindra gave us lots of great tips for visiting their island. In short, we recommend it!

We have just returned from a great week in Martinique. Very nice welcome from Jean-Paul. The house perfectly matches the description. There is no opposite, the neighborhood is very quiet while being close to Anse à l 'Anne with a good bakery, beach restaurants, a supermarket for troubleshooting. We discovered "Délys Kréyol" (open on WE and holidays) in the bend under the house with succulent acras to take away among other things. The very nice pool and especially the view of Fort de France lit at night was a treat.

Accommodation faithful to the description, very good value for money. 2 min drive to Anse à l'âne beach. Yannis is available and responsive, we would even have advised on some attractive points of the area. The presence of the pool is very appreciable (very clean on our arrival) with all the necessary equipment to enjoy the garden properly. As a bonus, we were able to stay there with our dog.

A beautiful stay spent in Martinique, the quality of our accommodation played a positive role on this trip. Anne and Dom are responsive in case of any problem, which I did not meet. The accommodation is very well located, beach two minutes by car simpler. Many restaurants and bars also along the beach. I will not hesitate to relocate to your home during my next visit to Martinique. Because given the beauty of county countries, come back. Thank you

Apartment ideally located on the donkey cove, near the best known spots such as Anse Dufour, Les Anse d 'Arlet... Bakery 500m from the accommodation. The apartment was in pristine condition upon arrival. The terrace with sea views is a real plus. We had a pleasant stay.

Beautiful, modern apartment in an extraordinary location with sea views The apartment is a real highlight – open plan, stylishly furnished and with a stunning view right on the sea. Inside and outside merge here: The living area merges seamlessly into the terrace, creating a unique feeling of living. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, everything was very clean and maintained. The location is exceptionally quiet and yet easily accessible. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back – highly recommended!

Beautiful little cocoon at Pointe du Bout. The apartment is relatively small but everything is optimized, new and very functional. We didn't miss anything, it was perfect. It was a pleasure to have breakfast with the view of the marina. The location is ideal because, once the car is parked (plenty of spaces available), it is easy to do everything on foot. Cécile did everything for our comfort (availability, small touches, etc.), she is very friendly and kind. We would come back with our eyes closed and we can only recommend this apartment if you are traveling in the area!

Great stay in Martinique. This neighborhood is very nice because peaceful, close to amenities and the beach, and it's very easy to get to the whole of the south part of the island, like the quick axes for the rest Very nice place and Teddy was great and very responsive. Recommended!

What a beautiful experience in this charming, bright and functional accommodation with sea terrace!... located in a quiet area, with an authentically Caribbean soul, while being in the heart of Anse Mitan and very close to amenities. When we arrived, we found a place of impeccable cleanliness, as described, and it was Daniel in person who greeted us and provided all the practical details, with his kindness embellished with quenching coconut water, fruits and drinks "Péyi". Thank you Daniel for this typical Caribbean human warmth you gave us! When it comes to the sea terrace displayed in the listing, the surprise effect was multiplied by the reality of the experience!... Long nights of guaranteed sleep, under the relaxing effect of the sea air laden with iodine, and the lapping of waves constantly renewed by the incessant blast of the trade winds of this sweet country... For all these reasons, we highly recommend this listing!

the location was perfect for our needs, restaurants were within walking distance, nearby beaches were beautiful and easy to access (by car for the most part) one beach was within walking distance 5-10 minutes max. We loved our stay in Martinique and everything starts with the place where we stayed, so I recommend this place

very beautiful apartment very nice view of the bay on the heights of the donkey cove. difficult to walk to given the slope. close to the beaches of the south west of the island. Alexandra was not available upon arrival and departure,so we were hosted very well by Vanessa. thank you both isabella and bruno

My only complaint about staying here is that we eventually had to leave. What a wonderful getaway. Perfectly located with unobstructed views of the ocean and diamant. Walkable to many great restaurants. 11/10 cannot recommend highly enough.

The views are incredible and Roseline is more than friendly! We were able to taste the specialties by ordering him a meal ... better than at the restaurant! We recommend it!!

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . We had an amazing stay at Alain-Michel's. The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures, and it's very close to loads of restaurants. The beach is also in walking distance, and right behind the apartment there's the harbor from where a lot of excursions depart. The only downside is that on the week-ends there might be some issues with parking the car as all the spots fill up pretty quickly. There's plenty of parking so you'll always find a spot, but you may have to walk a little longer to reach the apartment. All in all I would recommend Alain-Michel's apartment for anyone visiting Martinique.
