This is one of the most well thought out homes I’ve ever stayed at globally. The home is stunning and so well designed, even more beautiful than the photos. We loved how the pool was next to the master bedroom. This home has everything you need and more. Would love to stay agin!

We had a fantastic week in La Jolla! John’s place was charming, spotless, and perfect for our family. The home was well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—including beach gear—and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The location is unbeatable: a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood within a few minutes walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, coffee shops, and more. John was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly could not have asked for a better host. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing, convenient stay in La Jolla. We’d love to come back!

Great place! Especially if traveling with kids. Very clean and has all the comforts of home. The yard is a bonus for letting little ones play. Mari was helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate with. My family was actually set to stay at another one of their properties but at the last minute, (and due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control), we were unable to stay at the original booking. But Mari was quick to reach out to me and was very helpful at getting us booked at another location. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Amazing experience. Vi’s place was homey beyond expectation. My wife was very impressed with how available everything was especially in the kitchen because we are a family of 6 and always eating out would have not been cost effective. We felt right at home. My wife especially loved the complementary fruits, water, and treats. The kids rooms were packed with toys and books they could read and play with in their spare time which was amazing. The living room was filled with board games for the entire family. The garage also had amazing games for the entire family with foldable chairs and equipment for the beach and camping. There was so much to do in the house that staying in was not in the slightest boring. The entire family enjoyed the pool and the spa and had an amazing time especially on the days we stayed in. I certainly would be booking Vi’s place again anytime we are in San Diego.

I absolutely loved this place. There is so much to do within the home. The backyard is an amazing space with a pool/jacuzzi/ water slide, grill with fire pit, and yard games to include mini golf and ax throwing. The indoor space is equally amazing with a huge kitchen with everything you need , 2 lounging areas with TV’s, an Atari arcade game where you can relive your 80’s childhood and play pac- man and frogger. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean. The views from the home are beautiful, you can even see the ocean. My daughters live in San Diego and we live in Orange County so this was the perfect in between. It is close enough to the beach but far enough away that you don’t have to contend with beach traffic. It is also close to stores and restaurants but the house was so entertaining, we just stayed there all weekend, it was just perfect.

What an incredible place to call home for a few days. This place had everything we needed to cook for our family, the pool and spa were amazing, and had some great hang out spaces for the family. Trevor and Heidi were quick to respond if we needed anything!

Great stay! My husband walked with our three young kids to the beach and reported that it was two much walking for two of them and opted to drive the next time. Something to keep in mind if you had planned to walk with kids and a wagon, etc. The house was beautiful and the bed and pillows were some of the best I’ve slept on. We had such a fun time walking to and from the coffee shop and dinner down the street. Recommend!

Great place to find peace and walk to the beach in a place that seems like you’d have to drive. Turns out you can walk straight to the beach with your board. Jason was insanely chill and helpful. He was just walking his dog and took me on a great walk, guiding me on how to get straight to my favorite beach and back. Never had a host who gladly helped me like that. Comfy bed and pillows too.

Cute little house that was better than the photos depicted. Quiet street, friendly neighborhood, close to the beach and to premium restaurants. The patio in the front and the relaxing garden in the back yard were competition for the beach. The best thing I can say about the house is that it was clean and comfortable and the plumbing was A-1. Galyn was nice to work with.

Ashley’s Airbnb was a perfect stay for our family. It was close enough to walk to the beach & to walk to restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at Amanda’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway, and the location was perfect (steps away from the water). Amazing views! Amanda was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is our second time staying and I already left a longer review before about how much we loved it and we still love it! This is actually the only Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at twice because it’s so nice.

Had a great stay! Very responsive hosts, parking was easy, and the home was clean and well set up! Nice location with a quick drive to a lot of local attractions (we just did the beach mostly). Good sized kitchen which is great for our son who has a lot of food allergies. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful home, plenty of space for 4 adults. So comfortable and clean. You’re close to downtown Encinitas and Moonlight Beach. The host is so nice and is quick to respond. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was just what my family needed. The inside and outside of the house gave us the rest and break that we needed after a long day. Olivia was wonderful and was on top of it with all the little details and was very responsive. Thank you and we will definitely be back!

Gorgeous view from the rooftop, private hot tub and amazing home with plenty of space and beautifully furnished. Kitchen was amazing to cook in and the grill was awesome! Perfect spot to stay in wonderful Encinitas.

Allison’s place was a great place for us to stay while we had a pipe burst at our own home. Dog friendly was the biggest plus with a yard.

The backyard was more stunning that the pictures showed! We loved our stay at this charming house in Encinitas and will definitely be back!

Staying at Fortuna Farm Ranch was truly a magical experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by stunning views of rolling hills, lush greenery, and the calming sounds of nature all around us. The peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality of the host. He brought us the most delicious fresh fruits grown right on his farm—. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and grounded in nature, but Fortuna Farm Ranch does exactly that. Whether you’re looking to relax, reconnect, or just soak in some beautiful scenery, this place is a hidden gem in Encinitas. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely lovely place in a prime location! It feels like a home away from home the moment you walk in and there are plenty of beds and space. Walkable to either beach and the ocean view surrounding the home is breathtaking every time you look out. 20/10 recommend!

This place was incredible! There is so much to in Encinitas, and the house is walkable distance to everything. There was comfortable room was 7 people and the rooftop lounge was to die for. I even left my Apple Watch in the Airbnb after checking out, and Megan was so kind to help locate it and was willing to ship it to me.
