Probably the best development in Vera and the best apartment in the development. Renovated in 2022. Spectacular panoramic views. Morning sun. Equipped with all appliances and utensils. Fiber. Bathrooms with shower trays instead of bathtubs and with windows that provide freshness in summer (You will use little air conditioning). Very cozy terrace. Elevator. 2 outdoor pools and another heated indoor pool with Spa in Autumn/Winter. Tennis, paddle tennis, gardens, covered parking.

Located on the beachfront, just 300 metres from the sea, our duplex penthouse is perfect for up to 4 people as it has a large bedroom with 90cm two beds together and a 150 cm sofa bed. But without a doubt, the most spectacular thing is the 35 m2 terrace where you can sunbathe with views of the pool, eat outdoors, dine under the stars and relax in the private jacuzzi. And don't forget the pool. Enjoy taking a dip and playing with the little ones.
