This cozy house has so much to offer with sleeping for 4 to 8 and could accommodate more with the pack-and-play. King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. No smoking. No parties. Great place to relax and enjoy.

Country living at it’s best! Located 6 miles from Randolph , Ne. Quite , peaceful country style of living! Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. Located in a small town. Town has a grocery store, gas station, Bar and Grill , Vet clinic, car repair shop, Chiroprator, and Post Office. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a BBQ place . It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has YouTube TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.
