Beautiful apartment in a brand new building. Full kitchen, washer and dryer that worked well and balcony. Bathroom was great and hot water and AC was perfect. Very very spacious and a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Probably the best room in Muong Thanh Da Nang. Great view from the apt. The apt is clean and full of amenities. Great host as well.

Hanh’s place was really nice, very walkable distance to the beach and the views were stunning! She was quite reponsive and gave recommendations for around the area, would definitely book again in the future :)

The location is perfect. It is just next to the beach and the infinity pool is a cheery on top. But the pool, the gym is a paid service which was kind of a turn off but I would still recommend this 100%.

Adult5 Child3 On a trip with three generations It was a very suitable accommodation!! The swimming pool was very clean and the purification facility was It worked well. The air conditioner worked well in every room. Cleaning and towel replenishment were also good during consecutive nights. I have a plan to revisit!!

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

The place was super easy to find. Only thing was a beds were a little hard but I did not find it hard to sleep on. The star of the show was the Billard table because everybody enjoyed it. Anh tuan was super helpful and understanding about checking in early and checking out late. The price was affordable and the place was clean.

It's a great place for a big family to stay~ It's a place where both parents and children are satisfied ^^ Communication with the owner was smooth, and the location was good, so I was comfortable during the trip. We were at the accommodation, and the places we mainly used were the two marts in front, Byeonmi, Kong Cafe, and a Chinese restaurant right next to the accommodation. I wanted to go to Mitsuni, which has good reviews, but I couldn't go. The beach was close, so we could play in the water, and the swimming pool in the accommodation was at a suitable temperature, so the kids had a blast. If you're worried about large family accommodation, I recommend it~^^

It's neat and very nice. Lily Anna was very kind and explained well. The accommodation has been remodeled, so it's new. It's up to the 3rd floor, and there are many rooms, and each has a bathroom. I chose really well. I had a pleasant trip and was able to heal.

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!!
