The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

The apartment "Freude" impresses with its loving furnishings with antique farm furniture, pictures, homemade embroidery on pillows, tablecloths, etc. The house was completely renovated and modernized in 2013 and has been family-owned for 3 generations.

You'll love my place because our house is off the road and therefore ideal for families with children. Whether in winter with a ski tour or in summer while hiking, it is a perfect starting point. Many animals on the farm to pet or care for. Farm products available.

Welcome to our holiday home in Heiligenblut. The house is situated in a beautiful location inside the national park Hohe Tauern. Heiligenblut is accessible via the High Alpine Road in summer and is a wonderful place for hiking, climbing, and much more. A supermarket is about 5 minutes away. The house is perfect for unforgettable evenings in a private setting. The sauna cottage is also available upon request.

Our rooms are both with shower in the room and toilet in the hallway, Self-catering lounge!! Balcony with beautiful views, the entire area is on the 2nd floor for your own use, parking at the front door, shopping and restaurants right nearby, very good starting point for many leisure activities!

The property combines a traditional alpine flair (log hut interior, woodfire stove, large riverside garden) with top-notch amenities (sauna, newly renovated bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, large flat-screen TV). The valley is a quiet place to kick back and unwind, with plenty of opportunities for hiking in summer and skiing in winter.

Newly built farmhouse, ideal for relaxing! Right on the high hiking trail of St. Jakob, so you need the car little to never 😄. Thanks to the spacious sofa bed, with a length of 2 m, 2 people can also sleep comfortably in the apartment! This allows a total of 4 people to vacation in the apartment! The bedroom and kitchen have a beautiful balcony with magnificent views of the Defereggen.

From both rooms you can access the balcony, from which you have a great view of the imposing Großglockner. For all sports canons: Our house is right on the cross-country ski trail and the ski bus also stops at your doorstep. Free parking is available as well as a ski or bike cellar!
