I spent 2 nights in this small studio, everything was great! Great location in the cobbled streets of Laval, behind the castle. Everything nearby. A private courtyard that feels good, where you can sit or eat. I think that in summer, the cool side of the accommodation and the private terrace do a lot of good! Several lights in the accommodation, which gives a good atmosphere. And I slept very well in the bed. So very good stay, thank you!

Very clean place that fits perfectly with the listing published. The place is beautiful and quiet, very close to Lancieux, Dinard and Cap Frehel. Thanks to Nathalie for the advice she gave us on places to visit.

We had a very pleasant weekend with 6. The accommodation was impeccable and very well equipped for 6 people, including towels. The exteriors were also very nice. Nothing to complain about this accommodation except that you can go there with your eyes closed!

This studio is perfectly positioned to walk into Dinan. It really is a stunning Town and Fran's studio is private, clean with everything you need.Fran is available when you need something sorting out and shows care and consideration for her guests.Probably the best AirBnb we have stayed in location wise and the nicest host we have experienced.And the studio is a great place to relax after a days touring the area with its own off road parking which is another great find.

The place is perfect and has been completely renovated recently! The green and peaceful environment is pleasant and the enclosed garden for our hairs was a real plus! On the other hand, the bedding is new and of good quality a good sleep is guaranteed! Everything was great.

We liked the small but very cozy house very much. It was very clean and lovingly furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious and modern! The only downside was the very small couch...with 5 people you can't actually stay in the living area...but the beautiful garden offers enough space, which is very pleasant in good weather. The location is nice and quiet, yet within walking distance of the bakery and supermarket. The nearby beaches are very beautiful and at least in the low season still empty. Audrey and her family were very nice and accommodating and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly come back!

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

Amazing time for a family gathering staying in 4 well equipped Gites in quiet rural surroundings with bbq’s, private hot tubs and pool. Louise was very helpful with recommendations for day outs, places to eat etc
