La camera da letto è comoda e molto luminosa grazie alla finestra e al Velux che si apre nel soffitto spiovente con travi a vista. Il bagno, composto da doccia, lavabo, wc e bidet, è interno alla camera. C'è una piccola cucina. Ci sono i condizionatori inverter sia in camera che in cucina. Agli ospiti di questa camera è riservato uno spazio privato esterno, una piccola terrazza detta "Place Mignone" dove ci sono un tavolo e delle sedie per pranzare fuori. Da qui si accede alla piscina in comune.

The room is small and is located on the ground floor in Via Serra 28, on a pedestrian path that leads to Vernazza and Monterosso, and to Manarola and Riomaggiore.
