Please, read carefully the following desriptions that will be relevant for the check in and along your stay in the flat: 1) The home automation system: The house is technologically manageable through a display at the entrance . From there you can manage the temperature of the habitat (air condition), the lighting, the music. To listen to the music you can use airport or connect your smartphone/ipod to the relevant cable through the headphone output and turn on from the display (if you have any problem you can write me to have quick instructions and/or ask me to select options by remote access); 2 ) the kitchen rings: note that it is a little bit tricky sometimes to detect the pans whereas the burner is a very performing one. Please use a special care because it is delicate if you cook when the base is dirty. Francesca will show you the product to use in case it gets dirty. 4) You will be shown where to find kitchenware and accessories like salt, oil, sugar, coffee, tea bags 5 ) electric window system: the kitchen window is the only one that is not manual. You will find a bottom to open it electrically. 6) outside lights. Very charming in the evening. You can enjoy the view in the garden turning on the outside lights. Find in the display the 3 options (segnapasso, esterno facciata, piante). 7) you'll be delighted by the quality of the cuisine “Lago”. However it is required to pay attention to the risk of damage the surface of the furniture on the left side when you open the dishwasher. That door crashes into the furniture when the latter is slightly opened. 8) Parking facility (access from the garden by private gate) Finally I ask you to avoid using shoes inside the habitat. We try to promote a healthy and “sterile” environment.

CadeFe loft in the center (011015-LT-2094)

CadeFe is a small loft in the center right in front of the station. It is located on the 4th floor of an old building without an elevator. Quiet and bright, you will be pampered in a warm atmosphere. Small terrace overlooking the old courtyards and skylight on the rooftops frequented by seagulls. You are 3 minutes from taxis, buses, and trains. You are 3 minutes from the market and from the top of the pedestrian street with a pharmacy, bar, restaurants, shops, and museums. From here, in another 15 minutes you are on the promenade by the sea and boarding tourist ferries.

Our house, on the main floor of a prestigious historic building, takes its name from its mosaic, still the original one. We are located in the medieval and Renaissance part of the city, a short walk from the "Strada Nuova dei Palazzi", the Old Port, the Aquarium, and the departure point for boat trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre.
