Holiday home with idyllic location by the lake for rent. The house is located at the end of the street and the location is really soothing. Terrace overlooking the lake and large garden. On the property, there is a small guesthouse with 2 beds. Fireplace on the premises where you can bake bread or grill sausages Swimming and fishing in the lake. Rowing boat can be borrowed. Perch and pike are in the lake, no fishing license is needed. Bohusleden, a stone's throw from the cottage. The nature area Svartedalen offers hiking 20 minutes to swimming by the sea.

In the living room there is a sofa, kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the two panoramic windows above the sink provide a lovely view. Separate bedroom with a double bed 160 cm wide. The bathroom is decorated with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine with dryer, towel dryer and underfloor heating. Sleeping loft suitable for children as well as a sofa bed is available in the cabin.

Welcome to Gräsviken Viksängen 2, our oasis in the middle of Swedish nature. Stay in our guest houses and have full access to our nice courtyard with outdoor kitchen. A wonderful place near Lake Öresjö. Swimming and access canoeing for cozy hikes on the lake. Only 4 km to major municipal swimming areas. Nice hiking trails are in the immediate area. The closest town is Trollhättan about 10 km. You can easily get by car to the lovely places of the west coast. This place is suitable for those who want peace and quiet.
