This apartment has beautiful ocean views and a super-helpful host who answered all my many questions promptly. (The apartment porteros are great too.) The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 5 adults to be together in the living room and alone when we needed our own space. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The location is ideal for almost anything you want to do in Lima. We would love to stay here again and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Great condo- nice balcony and views of the surfers in the distant. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops etc. Clean and the bed was comfortable.

This is your hidden gem in Lima. From the private terrace to the sleek interior design, this apartment went beyond my expectations. Sussy has been incredibly reactive and available. The building staff also is amazing and very helpful. Located in the historic, beautiful and super active neighborhood of Barranco, it is the place to be on your next trip. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at Daniel and Flavia’s apartment. The apartment is modern, with smart furnishings, and is in a building with 24hour concierge services. It felt secure, the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room (washer/dryer) were perfect. Lots of storage in the kitchen, bedroom , and laundry room. The shower was the best we’d had in five weeks in Peru (not every home has hot & cold running water), and we could walk to restaurants and the tourist area of Miraflores (and Barranco, but that is a decent walk). We recommend Wongs Supermarket, and Molly’s Bar. We didn’t get to use the gym or the workspace but they are valuable additions to the building. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the communal areas are also kept beautifully. There was no noise to be heard from other apartments which was great. Daniel and Flavian replied quickly to messages, and had many great recommendations for restaurants locally. If we decide to go back to Lima, we would happily stay at Daniel and Flavia’

My parents stayed at Antonio's apartment and were more than happy!!! The atmosphere is super cozy and even better than the description. Antonio is super friendly and attentive. 1000% recommended!!!

Great place to stay, we absolutely loved it! So comfortable and clean at the same time. We were only there for a short period but wish we were there longer. It had all the amenities, 24 hour check in at the lobby and next to a supermarket. Great location in Lima too! Javier is an exceptional host, so helpful!

Great place in a fantastic location! The unit itself is very quiet and nicely decorated. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and Alejandro and Tania were very accommodating! The suite is in a basement so it was a little cold but they were nice enough to bring me a little heater. The curtain in the bedroom does let some light in because they keep the courtyard lights on outside the apartment so we needed face masks. Bed and pillows were comfy. My only complaint is the couch is hard and small. So we had a hard time relaxing comfortably in the living area. Other than that we had a great stay. 🙏🏼

because there was no MTA nearby, I thought the price was a little high, not to mention that it was almost day and night, a person serving a customer as if they were on the side of a motel, I made several complaints but nothing was resolved.

fantastic stay. only thing to note, they recommended a taxi driver but I wouldn't use them. just use Uber. way more dependable. front desk guys are 10/10. helpful and so friendly. view is extraordinary 👌

Well situated with restaurants and small supermarkets on same street. Barranco is an amazing part of Lima and Jimena’s apartment is a very comfortable base. Bed is comfortable after a long day of exploring. Easy keyless access. Definitely recommend

This place is beautiful with an amazing view! The host was very helpful from the time I booked all the way until my last night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Lima/Mira Flores. Especially any visitors not from Peru as the location is safe and convenient.

Great apartment and fast and effective communication. We would definitely come back! The only point I would make as an improvement would be the internet signal, which is a little bad and does not work in the bathroom. However, this does not affect the entire great stay.

The apartment is decorated. It was a great space to come back to after a long day of tour or sight seeing. It felt like home.

Highly recommended, we have stayed in several apts in the area over the past couple of years and by far this has been the best experience!!!
