Cozy apartment on the 4th floor (with an elevator) overlooking the building gardens. Fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker and drinking water always available. Located on a quiet street in Barranco (not on a noisy avenue). It has a pool, gym, laundry, co-work space, 24-hour reception, and high-speed internet. On the first floor of the building, you have a delicious café, restaurants, grocery stores, clothing and art shops, pharmacy, laundry, among others.

Nice loft of a single room. Very bright, with a view of the street. Very quiet area, in a busy street (little noise). In a very central area of miraflores near restaurants, the main avenue, the seafront of miraflores. With very good access to public transport, you can walk to many places. Decorated very cozy, with everything you need to spend a very comfortable stay as in a 5 star hotel! The apartment has a parking lot inside the building.
