Second time staying at Eduardo’s place. He’s a fantastic host and his place is wonderful. It was a pleasure to stay there again.

Excellent accommodation, they did clean and had everything perfectly tidy and ready for what was coming in the afternoon. The Host is super friendly, polite and willing to help. Needed a last minute place to stay when they shut the borders due to COVID-19 and we were unable to return to Canada. Ricardo communicated very fast and efficiently with us to help our stay be safe and wonderful.

This is the second time staying where Polo and everything super good!. Polo is a great host since you arrive until you leave the dpto. Comfortable and with everything you need. I would definitely pick the dpto again.

Awesome Airbnb to stay. Very private and close to many locations. The decoration and cleanliness was really nice. I’ve stayed in other airbnbs in the same building and the building next to it… and this was a very nice new apartment compared to others. The bathroom and room is very large compared to others. The washer was essential for us! Apologies for leaving some stones there by mistake! Worth the money.

Our week-long stay at Adriana's was absolutely fantastic! We immediately felt at home. The apartment's spotless cleanliness and exceptional comfort truly set it apart – it might just be the best we've experienced on Airbnb. It's perfectly suited for longer stays, offering excellent Wi-Fi, a fully functional kitchen (no oven, but everything else you need!), and even a Roomba. The location in Barranco is ideal, a truly beautiful and scenic neighborhood. Plus, Adriana provided a wonderful itinerary with local tips and restaurant recommendations. Highly recommended! -- some folks mentioned disturbing noises from kids in the area, we weren't affected by this at all, barely noticed (we were waking up early).

Pedro’s place is in the heart of Barranco, a district I’ve stayed in before, close to some of the best and most popular restaurants. An excellent grocery store and organic market are less than ten minutes away on foot. There are also several pharmacies and ATM services. The building is well-maintained, and the staff is helpful. I had a minor internet issue while working from there, which Pedro addressed quickly. Highly recommend this property!

It's located at the very heart of Miraflores, considered pretty much the safest and most beautiful neighborhood in Lima. There's a supermarket right in front of the building, which is very convenient. There are also many well priced and delicious restaurants in the area. I would stay here again when in Lima in a heartbeat!

Excellent accommodation service, I was as a student for a few days to get away from the city and the very modern apartment, good taste with the decorations according to the rooms, easy to open main door, giant window with giant blinds to cover the sun, but not eliminate it. On the other hand, the very quiet room with TV in a small corner but the large sofas, of good quality and the table of the excellent medium located to put my laptop and study with the excellent green view you have and the tranquility of the loud noises. The room with fan because we are in summer, everything clean and well furnished, the sheets impressed me and the detail of a lot of clean white towels in the bathroom available for my use, even if it was not necessary, it was very well received. The room even though it is in a duplex and access to the window, there is a curtain to avoid and thus create a closed room of everything. Wardrobe and large bathroom on the side of the bed.

pro's = location con's = no early check-in is allowed. make sure to land at Jorge Chavez Intl at 3pm. this way you can go straight to your room.

The stay was comfortable and pleasant, the area was quiet and had a beautiful view, it had all the utensils to be able to cook comfortably.

It was so easy and calm staying in San Isidro , I had to extend my stay for another 5 days, it was great! 💯

I totally recommend Maria's accommodation! From the beginning she was very kind and understanding with the check-in, and her instructions were super clear to be able to enter without any problems. The entrance is independent, which provides privacy, and upon arrival we found the space clean and tidy, he even left us some welcome chocolates that made us feel at home! Throughout the stay, Maria was very attentive. We had an earthquake while we were in Lima and she was attentive at all times, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. I have stayed at Carlos’ place before, and it should be said that he is one of the friendliest and proactive hosts I have come across! Additionally the apartment itself is very comfortable, with a very good bed. I will not hesitate to book this apartment again if I go to Lima in the future.

I stayed for 3 weeks in Ivette's place. The location is right between Miraflores and Barranco, so it's easy to walk to both, and I felt super safe walking around even a bit after dark. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk away with everything you need. There aren't a ton of restaurants/cafes in the neighborhood itself, but there are a few options a 10-20 minute walk away. It was relatively quiet but you could hear noises from the neighbors. It's great for a pet-friendly option. The kitchen was great and had everything from a blender to rice cooker and all pots and pans! The only downside was that the "coworking" space had no wifi, and my hotspot didn't work there either, so it was a bit of a useless space unless you have work you can do without internet. The gym was small but suited my needs. I'd recommend the place if you have a pet, want to be near the touristy areas without being directly in them, and will be spending most of your day outside of the apartment, since it is small.

Pola was a really nice host. We had to check-in very late and a concierge waited for us until we arrived. Also the room was very clean.

The era is very safe and the studio looks the same as in the pictures. I especially loved the terras. Andrés is very flexible and kind, an excellent host. I could change my booking before arrival, because I got sick. While staying there, he regularly checked in, fixed a few things in the studio that weren't working properly and even helped me with matters excluding the airbnb.
