This newly modern renovated (2020) and airconditioned mini penthouse (50m2) is on the 7th floor in the center of Netanya (quiet area), near the beach. The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

AMAZING Beach View Apt. Must see!!

Hi guys, we're so excited to introduce to you our stunning apartment in Netanya. Perfect location - just 5 min walk to city center, 2 min walk to the beach!! With a great balcony view (from 12th floor) and an open, spacious living room. The apartment has 3 bedrooms- one master with is own bathroom, and two other with 3 single beds in each. Yeah, we love the place. We had a lot of fun we watch movie. I love the back up and the only problem we didn’t do a bathtub because we don’t know how to close it, but we did have fun and was amazing and we would love to visit again.

Family apartment by the sea

Yosef is a great host and the apartment was a great find. Located first line to the sea with breeze and plenty of lights. Restaurants salons and synagogue within ealking distance was very convenient. The apartment was spacious, spotless and fully equipped. Yosef thought of everything! The kitchen was stocked and had choices of coffee options and teas. He even had spices, dishes and pots & pans. The bathroom had everything from shampoos conditioners and plenty of toilet paper and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and stocked with extra blankets pillows and towels. The entire stay was super comfortable and made our vacation extra special. I will come back again. Netanya is a great vacation spot and Yosef's place was centrally located, super convenient and comfortable Thanks
