Welcome to our fantastic suite in the vaulted cellar of our monumental farmhouse, built in 1825. Between the South Limburg hills and just a stone's throw away from the vibrant city of Maastricht. We have transformed this cellar into a luxurious space with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a private kitchen! Enjoy delightful evenings in the most unique and atmospheric suite in the area. Outside, revel in the beautiful views over the Limburg hills. If you're lucky, you might even spot a deer passing by!

Ontspan en kom tot rust in onze stijlvol ingerichte B&B. Geniet daarbij ook van de prachtige natuur in de omgeving, waar je o.a. heerlijk kunt fietsen en wandelen. Over ons: Vanuit een passie voor gastvrijheid en de wens voor meer rust en groen om ons heen, ben ik met mijn gezin naar deze prachtige plek verhuisd om te genieten en om een B&B te starten. Na een maandenlange renovatie is dit het resultaat, en dat deel ik maar al te graag met jou. O en mijn hobby ook: versgebakken zuurdesembrood.

B&B Wachtpost 29, real gem in the middle of nature

What was once a train track from Boxtel to Wesel has now become a beautiful walking trail through the natural wealth surrounding Houtvennen. Our guest house stands dead centre in this area! We call it a B&B because we serve a royal breakfast after every night of your stay. Simultaneously, it’s a magnificent vacation home with complete privacy in an environment where you can go for a walk, go cycling, but also just relax. One of our guests called it “A real gem”. And that’s a fact.

Romantic 2-person Bedstee Ensuite & Garden

Charming cool room with stylish decor. Unique is the double bed (145 cm wide) in this farmhouse renovated in '22 with Ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. In the original "part", private living room for breakfast, relaxing, training on rowing machine or enjoying garden view. In the garden, a wooden outbuilding is available. On warm days, it stays nice and cool under a large oak. Possibility for breakfast and to enjoy 3-course menu freshly prepared by Belgian hobby chef.

Fresh air, sunshine, forest walks and cycling adventures: Welcome to Heythuysen! We would love to welcome you to our early 1930s home with stained glass exterior, for authentic country hospitality and relaxation. A stopover between Germany (20min drive) and Belgium (20min drive), or a day of shopping at the famous outlet in Roermond (10min drive, and 20min bus ride). We offer a private apartment with 3 beds, kitchenette, and private bathroom. Breakfast on request.

Our B&B is located at the edge of the forest, near the historic city of Roermond, Outletcentre and National Park De Meinweg. You are welcome in our lush garden and sunny terraces. On the 1st floor of our house we offer a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a guest bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. We serve a full breakfast.This charming place has a stylish decor.

Hay barn of 19th cent. farmhouse on the Bergerhof

Experience the farmers in a charming spot in the characteristic Limburg. From 1830 back in time in our courtyard, spend the night in one of the two comfortable rooms that we have set up in the hayloft of our converted barn. You wake up under the stars and you can participate in an extensive and fresh BREAKFAST that we prepare with love. Holiday feeling guaranteed. NO PETS ALLOWED
