Apartment located in a great neighborhood. I rented it to go to the rodeo and it was a great choice! It's easy to get an Uber.

We had a slight problem with the water, but nothing Ana couldn't solve for greater reasons! But other than that, we had no problems and were able to use the shower in the main bathroom without any issues. Ana and Gustavo responded to all messages quickly and were always available! They were attentive and concerned, we had no problems.

I stayed for 10 months and had a great experience from start to finish. Communication with the host was always quick and efficient, ensuring a smooth stay. The apartment was exactly as described, beautiful, clean and well equipped, with an experience of feeling at home. The location was perfect, providing easy access to all necessary amenities and allowing me to explore the city with ease. Overall, my experience was exceptional and I would recommend the site to anyone in search of an extended stay with comfort and convenience.

Simply great! The apartment is super modern, very well decorated and with everything we need for a comfortable stay. It had all the basic utensils, which made everyday life much easier. Very practical and cozy accommodation. And the hosts? Sensational! Super attentive, receptive and helpful district. I liked the experience too much and would definitely come back. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

It felt like I was at home! There were 4 of us. My daughter's mother, my daughter and her friend slept in the bedroom (double bed + 1 cot). I slept on the retractable sofa, veeeeeeeeery comfortable! It would easily fit one more person! Super recommended!!! Not to mention that the Concierge staff are very helpful!

The apartment is simply wonderful. In addition to being beautiful and super cozy, it is extremely well taken care of and the condominium itself only has a number of leisure options. The location is also great, in the heart of Americana, with everything close by. Beatriz is an exceptional host, very helpful and organized. Provides all instructions clearly and objectively. Besides being very friendly. Without a doubt one of the best places to stay in Americana. On future trips, I'll be staying again without a second thought. If it were a hotel it would be 6 stars!
