great facilities, quick response when requested, and prompt service in the unforeseen events. All very beautiful and well taken care of. A water tank with greater storage capacity would be useful as it occasionally lacks water in the city. The rest exceeded expectations.

Robson, very attentive and easy to deal with. He gave us all the support and made our trip to the city much more enjoyable.

Luis is very attentive and friendly. He helped us with everything and made himself available to help with whatever we needed. Very large space, with all the necessary resources for a good barbecue. Flexible check-in and check-out times, making it very easy to communicate with Luis. Thank you for the stay!

the barbecue space and pool are excellent... of rooms 1 is large, the other 2 very small, we were in 6 adults and 3 children...if there were 15 adults, I don't know where I would put all the cochoes... it has 5 bathrooms, 3 with shower, but on the floor of the bedrooms only 1 bathroom... 1 downstairs and the others out there, if it was raining it would be bad, ... the outside shower was burned. a snail staircase difficult to climb with suitcases...dangerous for children and the elderly. and the cleaning of the house needed to be better....it has a lot of spider web, with large spiders at the entrance to the house...cockroaches in the drawers and cupboards... we needed to wash everything before using...the containers are hot, needed air-conditioning in all the bedrooms...the kitchen needs some items like coffee strainer support, plus cups, good knives, sleepers, blender and micro waves... márcia and Robson, owners of the house are attentive and solved problems like gas and water that ended up promptly

Spacious, pleasant location, functional and charming balcony, quiet neighborhood of farms. It's even more beautiful and spacious than in the photos. Delicious pool. Cleo is very attentive and kind. We spent 17 wonderful days with the family and everyone loved it. It will be my home whenever I need to return to Santa Bárbara D'Oeste.

The house is well located with shops next door. The house is spacious and very pleasant. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet and very pleasant. I went to Americana with my family in order to go to my sister's graduation at ExpoAmérica. The house has accommodated us very well. We went in 5 people and the space was more than enough. The house is simple, but the simplicity well made pleases everyone. The value was super accordingly. Who needs a place to stay, like me, for events at ExpoAmérica is the recommendation. The locality is quiet and has a close trade, in addition to being only 9 minutes from the Expo.

Exceptional house, I came for the Peão Festival, very good cost-benefit, faucets with hot water, etc... I highly recommend it to those who come to the city, Sofia is very attentive and helpful!

We stayed in chalet 01 and I thought it was perfect! It's well worth it, great cost-benefit! There was a set of towels, bed linen and kitchen utensils for use. We had a barbecue and everything went well! The jacuzzi is super easy to handle too and the hostess Gisele was helpful and gave us all the necessary information! The place is gorgeous! Exactly as in pictures! You can go without fear I just missed a floor cloth to dry the wetness that the jacuzzi makes, but the rest had everything we needed
