Cozy little A house surrounded by great amenities. 4 beds, but there can easily be room for an extra bed in the guest room if you remove the table at the end. In the house there is a heat pump, pellet stove and underfloor heating on the entire lower floor. * Washing machine * Large TV with Netflix and HBO Max. * Weber Spirit gas grill. There is a new and extended terrace to the east and a small terrace to the west, where the west-facing is surrounded by trees and not very facing anything other than being sheltered with the grill.

Make some great memories in this unique and family-friendly home close to all the great amenities in Himmerland such as golf, paddle, football, tennis, spa, sup board, sauna, swimming in lake, water park and delicious food in the restaurants, etc. There are 6 bath towels and 3 towels for the hangers included in the rent. Only to be used in the house, so bring the rest. (Beach, lake, etc.) Bed linen - one set per person is included in the rent. Electricity is charged from departure from the house - DKK 3.0 per. Enjoy the view of the Kattegat from the home or terrace. Just 150 meters to nice and child-friendly beach. Walk along the boardwalk or use the house's bikes 3 km into Sæby harbor. The house is totally refurbished and is located in a nice natural area. It is possible to use the facilities at nearby Campground - mini golf, pool area, football fields and playground. The home is about 68m2 with a well-appointed lower floor with kitchen-living room/living room, as well as bathroom. 1st floor with 4 sleeping places separated by a half wall.

Lovely cottage in peaceful area by the fjord and sea. The cottage invites you to relax by the wood-burning stove in winter and on a large lovely terrace during the summer months. A walk along the fjord, which is 200 m from the house, is the most beautiful. There are also many opportunities for hiking in the dunes by the sea and Husby Plantation. If you have bicycles, there is a newly built bike path to Thorsminde and Vedersø Klit. Lalandia -Søndervig is 25 km away, where it is possible to buy a day ticket for the water park.

Large cottage in scenic Agger with room for the whole family and a view to Lodbjerg Lighthouse / National Park Thy. Wilderness bath, outdoor shower and shelter in the backyard. Walking distance to the North Sea and the fjord. Relax in one of Thy's most original coastal towns, where there are most locals. We are happy to give tips for good walks, tell you where to pick oysters, (maybe) find amber or help in other ways. NOTE: Electricity, water, heating, firewood, bed linen, towels and basic food are included in the price!
