There is inlaid fiber network 200/200 mbit Smart TV with satellite dish. Electricity is charged separately at DKK 4 per kW. Water settled 75, - DKK per m3 The cleaning fee goes to pool cleaning. The town of Agger offers small cozy eateries, grocery store, fishmonger and restaurant with venue. Denmark's largest national park is right at your doorstep, where there is a rich bird life.

A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

Stedet ligger 150 meter fra fjorden og den flotteste udsigt over Limfjorden og Vesterhavet. Tæt på Nationalpark Thy, Vestervig, og Agger. Der er lavet aftale med Sydthy svømmebad at det er gratis at komme og bade der, man skal bare medbringe nøglen med husnummeret.
