The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Le logement est situé à pied à : -30 secondes des transports en commun et commerces. -15 min de la gare part-dieu/navette directe pour l'aéroport. -3 min du parc de la tête d'or poumon de la ville. -Cuisine entièrement équipée avec couteaux qui coupent :) -Quartier avec les meilleurs bars/restaurants/night-club de Lyon.

Superb cozy/chic accommodation in Lyon 5/Tassin

Studio de 25 m² avec terrasse de 6 m², idéal pour un couple ou deux amis recherchant calme et confort. Le logement dispose d’une TV avec Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ et myCANAL, d’une cuisine équipée, d’une machine à laver et d’une salle de bain avec baignoire. La terrasse aménagée (table, chaises et assises détente) est parfaite pour profiter de l’extérieur. Le linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis. Situé à 10 minutes de Lyon en transports, quartier agréable et bien desservi.

En réservant vous vous engagez à ne pas reprocher ensuite l’absence d’équipements (alors que c’était inscrit). Logement non-fumeur, même à la fenêtre. Fumer entraînera forcément des frais supplémentaires.

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. A little taste of peaceful countryside 15 minutes from the heart of Lyon.

Train and bus access close by to reach Lyon and Villefranche. 3-minute walk to the École de la Voix.

Located in the heart of the village of Limonest, the accommodation is close to all shops (bakeries, Casino, butcher shop, pharmacy, etc.). You are close to Lyon either by the M6 or by bus (Line 21, at the foot of the accommodation), the Techlid business park and at the foot of the Monts d'Or to go for a walk. The place is bright thanks to its west-facing orientation and openings (including Velux).

Apartment near the metro, bright, comfortable and quiet. American-style kitchen opens to living room that promotes a cozy and warm atmosphere. The parquet flooring and fireplace add character to the place. This is my primary residence and I'm very happy there!
