Bakery 160 meters away. 45 minutes from Valencia and Lyon, 20 minutes from Vienna. In addition to a home all to yourselves, you will have a small outdoor area at the front of the cottage. Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

Gîte de la Plaine

Parties and receptions are not accepted. Located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, halfway between Lyon and Valence, the Plaine gîte offers a 100 m² independent house that is quiet and full of charm, accommodating up to five people. Close to the Rhône Valley vineyards (Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Château-Grillet, Saint Joseph...) and the Pilat mountain range, and close to the activity sites of Feyzin and Roussillon or the Saint Alban power station.
