The place perfectly matches the description, I did not need to contact the hosts at any time since there were no problems during our stay, the place is ideal for having a good time with family and friends.

Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. We went with a group of friends and the house is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for enjoying a relaxing stay! The neighborhood is quiet and has several nearby services, such as supermarkets and service stations, which makes it very convenient. What really stands out is the host's attention and willingness, always ready to help and ensure that your stay is perfect. Without a doubt, an excellent option for those looking for comfort and good service!

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. I hope to return soon to enjoy everything we lacked but very grateful with everyone, thank you Monica and Flia.

Most definitely worth the asking price. A spacious one storey house with a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen. I don't know where they got the pillows from, but best nights' sleep I have had in a long time. Jeffrey was there to greet me when I arrived and was pleasantly welcoming.

Very good service from start to finish, responds quickly. The place is in a very nice, pleasant and safe area. Next door, there is a supermarket in case you need something urgently, and the reception desk can help you with any information you need. The view and the pool are very nice, the place is exactly the same as the photos. 100% recommended!

We had a few beautiful days with the family in Aguyje. Really a beautiful place to enjoy, with the comforts and spaces to share. We would definitely return.

The apartment fully met expectations. More than the photos express. It's spacious, modern, warm. Javier the doorman is very friendly and willing to guide you. Easy to access. Close to super 6, pharmacies, fast food outlets. Close to Av. Mariscal López and Santa Teresa, which allows you to easily reach other places of interest. We spent a few beautiful days. Tatiana's apartment is very complete, comfortable and its decoration is beautiful. The complex in which it is located is quiet and safe. It has parking. Very close to the airport and Asunción. Easy to get to. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

It's just as shown in the pictures, clean and very organized, it's prepared for long stays. However, in the short time I was there, my family and I received the necessary support and information for my stay!! The cobbled street is terrible, but that's not the fault of the service provider. It's clear that Rodrigo went above and beyond in his attentiveness! Thank you
