Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos, y siempre quedamos encantados con el departamento, y la amabilidad de Maria T.

Sin dudas llegar a un país por primera vez genera expectativas en todos los sentidos pero Susana es una excelente referente y apoya con información y amabilidad..su departamento es muy lindo y confortable

El departamento es hermoso, muy amplio y cómodo. Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa y pasar varios días en Asunción. Sin dudas volveré.

Lindo departamento a 3 cuadras del shopping Mariscal. La ubicación es excelente, zona tranquila, cerca de todo. Muy accesible respecto del horario de ingreso y salida lo cual se valora mucho siempre. Silvia muy amable y predispuesta. El departamento está en piso 2 y se accede por escaleras. Es amplio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. Tiene estacionamiento en edificio. Super recomendable.

El lugar coincide perfectamente con la descripción, no tuve necesidad de contactar con los anfitriones en ningún momento ya que no hubo problemas durante nuestra estadía, el lugar es ideal para pasar buenos momentos con la familia y amigos.

The house is really well located, with great cocktail bars and restaurants within walking distance. The house is really spacious and comfortable, and equipped for long term stays.

Andi foi uma excelente anfitriã. Comunicação clara e objetiva, sempre disponível! Além disso, a casa corresponde exatamente como nas fotos… Terreno enorme, dois banheiros super limpos, cozinha com utensílios, os quartos estavam extremamente cheirosos, com roupas de cama e banho limpinhos, e, a Andi deixou inclusive uns bolinhos para nosso check in! Amamos e com certeza se um dia tivermos oportunidade nós voltaremos 💖🙏🏽

Excelente ubicación, cerca del aeropuerto y del Parque Olímpico. Lugar tranquilo, seguro con mucha privacidad y naturaleza. El acceso en coche es muy fácil, pero UBER tarda un poco en responder y el transporte público queda lejos.

Most definitely worth the asking price. A spacious one storey house with a nice balcony. Well equipped kitchen. I don't know where they got the pillows from, but best nights' sleep I have had in a long time. Jeffrey was there to greet me when I arrived and was pleasantly welcoming.

El dpto de Tatiana es muy completo, cómodo y su decoración es hermosa. El complejo en el que se encuentra es silencioso y seguro. Cuenta con estacionamiento. Muy cerca del aeropuerto y de Asunción. Fácil de llegar. Sin duda volvería a alojarme y lo recomiendo.

cristina esta super responsable y hace de todo para que su alojamiento este siempre perfecto y comodo. y si necesitamos algo esta respondiendo en seguida. el lugar es super agradable.

My wife and I had a splendid time here. There is easy access to the historic center, where we spent much of our time, but there are also lots of good restaurants nearby, a few important touristy locations, it’s just uphill from the costanera and the seat of the Paraguayan government (where you can surprisingly get free tours), there’s a good view of especially the palace from our balcony, and we didn’t feel like we lacked any important conveniences. We had a fully stocked kitchen with just a couple quirks, there were three big supermarkets around us that we could choose from, we enjoyed all of the nearby restaurants and cafes, many of which were also available on PedidosYa, and the area was pleasant enough to walk around and explore. Many major events were hosted just down the road from us as well, which we took full advantage of. Nelly, the building manager, was a delight — she was always available for help or guidance. This is an ideal spot to explore Asuncion for the first time.

Excelente departamento! Buena ubicación en un barrio tranquilo, el dpto muy lindo, totalmente equipado, con dos habitaciones completas con dos camas matrimoniales y split en cada una, un balconcito con una hermosa vista. La cochera entra un auto tranquilamente, no sé si una camioneta o un auto largo. Y para destacar los guardias del edificio, muy amables y atentos! Seguramente volveremos sin dudas! 100% recomendable!

Maria was very responsive and kind. The night I was arriving it was pouring rain. Many streets were flooded. Maria was corresponding with me constantly until I got a ride and arrived at her place. It was not possible to get dinner anymore at that point, and all the restaurants were closed due to the rain. She kindly brought me some food so that I didn't have to go to bed hungry. The next morning she again kindly offered me coffee. I had to go to the nearby Tigo office to get a SIM card, and the wait there was much longer than expected. She patiently waited for me to return so that I could take my things out for her to clean the room for the next guest. Thank you Maria (Minerva) for being a gracious hostess. I will stay with you again when I come to Asuncion.

Отличное жилье,которое напоминает отель. В самой квартире есть всё, что необходимо для долгого проживания. На территории много разных развлечений: бассейн, спортзал, корты, зоны для барбекю. Есть небольшой магазин сразу на территории. Напротив комплекса большой оптовый продовольственный. До центра города на такси 45mil gr и 40 минут.
