Beachfront holiday rentals in Lincoln Beach

This was our 2nd time staying at Samantha’s house. The house is very clean with comfortable beds and quality items throughout. The hot tub and sauna are nice options to have. It is also easy to access the beach and fun to walk throughout the neighborhood.

this place has everything! from a crab pot and utensils for eating crab to beach chairs, ping pong table and all the comfort and luxuries of home. less than a 5-minute walk to the ocean. close to the casino, about a 15 minute walk. Large grocery store just down the block. well landscaped. well maintained. would definitely stay here again if available the next time we come to the Oregon coast!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront home. The pics don’t do it justice. The home is comfortable with plenty of room for many people to spread out or hang together. The windows offer expansive view quiet the outdoor area can’t be beat. I wasn’t quite sure about the soaking tubs but they ended up being everyone’s fave feature! 12/10 … would stay here again!

This spot is a total gem. You just step out and walk right to the beach. The hot tub is so relaxing. The kitchen looks out onto the water so cooking is so fun. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms are comfy and cozy. Would definitely come back!

Debra, our host was a wonderful communicator and graciously accepted our request for an early check in. The home was in good shape, well stocked, excellent walking distance to the beautiful beach and very quiet. Plenty of room for our gathering, space for meals, games and conversations. Debra also offered a late checkout which we had not requested but greatly appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again.

What a special place to visit!! There's nothing like starting your day with a cup of coffee on the deck as you watch otters play in the water. This was our first trip to the Oregon Coast and we felt we truly got to experience its beauty. We also took advantage of the kayaks and canoe as well as the fishing and crabbing equipment. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place! Beautiful views of the ocean. Close to Beverly Beach where we took several walks. Highly recommend his place.

My family just had our 3rd baby last week and as a way to celebrate and beat the heat we were in search for a little getaway. Samantha was SO helpful during a matter she did everything she could to help resolve showing above and beyond service! I work in travel and know great service when I come across it! I would 10/10 recommend this stay. So clean and set up exactly as one would need! The view is even more beautiful than the photos listed showed! We can not wait to come stay again!

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

Very nice, clean and large condo. It’s right in the middle of town ( in a good way), so you can walk to restaurants or drive if you prefer. The mattress and couch were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the sunset views were spectacular! There is private beach stairs for the building, be advised that staying here involves a lot of stairs ( up to the condo or down to the beach), so bring some good shoes and a sweater. We loved the condo and would definitely return.

Loved the condo; the beachy theme was beautifully done. The ocean front view was amazing. So relaxing. Am planning on staying there again. Another plus, is the elevator (instead of having to climb stairs) and the underground parking garage.

Every year we have an annual family beach trip so we have stayed at a lot of Airbnb‘s. This by far was one of the best and we will for sure be back. It was the perfect location for the casino. The beach and the outlet mall had plenty of room and the additional carriage house was perfect for my two teenage girls. The host was amazing and very responsive. I highly recommend this home.

Beautiful views, right on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Instructions were clear, easy to access, with a private parking spot. Would definitely stay again.

there were a lot of little things that a lot of other places don't provide, coffee pods, creamer, salt and pepper, saran wrap, cooking oil etc.....I could go on and on. The little things make a huge difference.

Older unit but very well equipped. Wonderful views. Ladonna had thought of a lot of extras. Everything very well explained.

I would recommend this to everyone. The outdoor space is great for family meals or just watching the waves. The short walk to the beach is super easy! The kitchen is well laid out and the living room is a very nice gathering space—complete with fireplace. The bedrooms are good sized, with the loft room being particularly cute. The mattresses and pillows run very soft. Absolutely every appliance is in great working order and easy to use. Bathrooms are clean and the water pressure is perfect. Jerry is a great host and a great communicator. We loved our time in the house.

We had a great time at this location. Perfect ocean views out the large windows. This house had everything you could need for a coast vacation and more. Hot tub was clean and stayed at a warm temperature. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of games. One added bonus was the fact that, even though it had a ton of natural light, it did have one room that we could make incredibly dark for our newborn to take his naps in! Great for new parents on a first visit to the coast!

Enjoyed my stay! The condo was very clean and a good location with a nice view. Be aware there is road noise. I'm accustomed to road noise so it didn't bother me but maybe not the best pick if you're very sensitive to noise.

We rented the home for our Girl Scout troop celebration and this house was AMAZING! All the plans we made were canceled because the girls either wanted to be in the hot tub or the beach! The “moms” were very grateful to have their own room while the girls took over the first floor! This home is great for a large group! We had 15 people and still felt like we had a lot of space! It was clean and clutter free which was great for a group of 9 and 10 year olds! We didn’t have to worry about something getting broken! Jessica was also a great host! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay at this home and our girls will remember this weekend for the rest of their lives!

A perfect stay on the Oregon coast! Joni’s place is a great little classic Oregon coast home right on the beach with easy beach access! The views are 100x better than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfy. A great stay, would recommend! Thank you!
