Our Little Beach House is a 1,546 sq. ft. beautiful new home built in June 2019 in Gleneden Beach (nestled between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay). Beach Access 3 minute walk at the end of our street. Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it. Well behaved pets welcomed $50 fee. No Parties No smoking on property No unauthorized guests or pets

Come to the beach, not a cliff. This is one of the few places in Lincoln City you are actually on the beach not on a cliff. You are full of options here on fun things to do or just sit and relax. The home is 2095 sq. ft; upstairs is a large master bedroom, with a small office area with a desk and HP printer.
