The Stone Cottage is an older home; it has been partially updated. The location is approximately a four minute walk from the downtown square in Fayetteville TN. It is approximately a seven minute walk from the city park/Elk River small boat access. The walking trail between the square and the park passes in front of the house, which is located in a quaint, low traffic, residential area of the town. Fayetteville is a short drive to Lynchburg TN, home of the Jack Daniels Distillery.

The furniture is comfortable, the beds are big and cozy and the outside deck with fireplace is all that you need to relax! There is a great living room/kitchen fully furnished. Both bedrooms are considered master suites with king size bed and ensuite bath. One on the upper level and the other on the lower level with access by stairs. The "Lynchburg" game room offers a bar, place to play poker and darts.

They will not have access to main house as you will not have access to the apartment.
