Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation on a beach plot next to Lake Glan with great fishing opportunities. Your own wood-fired hot tub can be booked. The cottage was built in 2022 and is fully equipped. The cottage has 1 x 160 cm double bed and 1 x 120 cm sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Boat with oars is available to borrow for free. Free parking is available outside the cottage. Charging for electric cars is not allowed. About 7 minutes by car to Norrköping. 25 minutes to Kolmården. 5 minutes from the E4 highway.

Here, in the small lakeside town by the Göta Canal, you live close to nature and only 300 meters to the nearest swimming area with a small sandy beach. In Borensberg, you will find Borensberg's guesthouse and Göta Hotel, the antique shop in Kvarnen, Börslycke Farm's heavenly colors and cola sauces, several cozy cafes and hiking trails lined with swimming opportunities. Here you live simply but fabulously. The cottage is off-grid but with practical solutions for a comfortable stay. Tourist attractions such as the Göta Canal, the Nordic region's largest inland swimming area and Bergs locks are close by. Borensberg (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike) offers swimming areas, mini golf courses, cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, interior design stores, good public transport and pharmacies. Upon your arrival, we welcome you and go through all the practicalities that come with an off-grid home. Welcome!

Gardeners house with sauna and lake view

En idyll med sjöutsikt. Första parkett med stor terrass och utsikt över sjön Roxen och Linköpings stadssiluett. Oavsett säsong njuter du av kuperade skogar och ängar. En kort promenad leder till sjön, stranden och allmän badplats. 18 minuter till Linköpings centrum och 5 minuter till Göta kanals största attraktion, Bergs slussar. Notera att sovrum 5 är genomgång till sovrum 3 och 4. Huset har badrum, extra WC samt separat dusch med bastu och bubbelbad. Passar 5–6 gäster vid längre vistelser.

Maison Juniper - Private cabin

Vårt lugna och stilrena hus ligger centralt i Åtvidaberg med gångavstånd till bad, golfbana, affärer, restauranger, skogsområden och många andra aktiviteter. Det friliggande huset ligger på tomten till vårt större boningshus med tillgång till uteplats och parkering. I närområdet finns många utflyktsmål. Nära till Linköping, Norrköping och Västervik. Ca 2,5h till Stockholm och ca 3h till Göteborg. Huset passar bäst det upptäckande/aktiva paret eller den lilla familjen. Vi hjälper gärna med info.

Private cottage 50 meters from Stångån

This cozy cottage is located in a high and peaceful location with a beautiful view of Kinda canal with bathing facilities and boat traffic in the summer. The cabin has two floors with a larger bedroom with a double bed, and a kitchenette on the ground floor and two smaller lofts with single beds on the upper level, no standing height. Toilet and shower are in our house next door. Outside the cabin is a large wooden deck with plenty of seating. Water is found outside the door or in the bathroom.

Mormorstugan

Charmig renoverad stuga sedan 5 år på ca 60 kvadrat, på lantgård, i naturskön miljö. OBS inga husdjur! Ligger mellan Linköping och Norrköping. 1 mil till ICA Supermarket i Linghem, 1 mil till Norsholms Slussar med Café (sommartid) och restaurang, mindre matbutik. Närhet till Roxen (ca 1 km) med egen klippa och tillgång till liten mysig sjöbod. Möjlighet att hyra eka, och fiskekort finns att köpa. På gården bedrivs aktivt ekologiskt lantbruk, med bl. a värphöns och betesdjur runt knutarna.

Air conditioning. Bedroom with a bed 140cm. In the middle of the nature, in a forest full of mushrooms and berries. The lake is perfect for long-distance skating in winter. Possibility to loan a boat or raft in the summer, and a wood-fired hot tub in winter time. Wifi. TV. Barbecue.

Dalhems Gårdshus

Dalhem's courtyard house offers charming and newly-renovated turn-of-the-century housing in beautiful Borensberg, 150 meters from the swimming jetty and the possibility to rent kayaks and canoes in Motala Ström. Also close to the beach in Lake Boren and hiking on Östgötaleden as well as walking distance to restaurants, ice cream cafes, shops, miniature golf and locks in Göta Canal. Child-friendly accommodation with trampoline, soccer goal, patio and barbecue facilities.

Wake up with a lake view

Would you like to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or longer? With us, you will stay in a newly built guest house with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and private parking. Both Linköping and the E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house overlooks Lake Roxen, 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. A dog and a cat are on site.

Lillstugan

Lillstugan är ett av husen på på vårt lilla lantbruk. Huset har anor från 1700-talet och har under senare år renoverats med bibehållen äldre lantlig stil. Tre sovrum, det stora på övervåningen har dubbelsäng, det mindre två enkelsängar. Ett sovrum med enkelsäng på bottenvåningen. Köket är modernt utrustat. Stor trädgård med utemöbler. . Vid sjön, ca 150 m från huset, finns badbrygga.Roddbåt och bastu finns att hyra. Nära till ängar skog och promenadvägar.
