Spacious and modern apartment in Linköping, perfect for business travelers, families and groups. Close to Mjärdevi Science Park, the university and Old Linköping. Stay in a quiet area with easy access to the city center, just 10 minutes by bus to the city and Resecentrum, 13 minutes by car to the airport. Two bathrooms, underfloor heating, FTX ventilation, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas and patio with beautiful views of the water. Cheap parking is nearby, SEK 25 per day and fast Wi-Fi is included.

Private cottage 50 meters from Stångån

This cozy cottage is located in a high and peaceful location with a beautiful view of Kinda canal with bathing facilities and boat traffic in the summer. The cabin has two floors with a larger bedroom with a double bed, and a kitchenette on the ground floor and two smaller lofts with single beds on the upper level, no standing height. Toilet and shower are in our house next door. Outside the cabin is a large wooden deck with plenty of seating. Water is found outside the door or in the bathroom.

Welcome to a calm and recently renovated house close to Linköping city center. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 toilettes, a bathroom with a shower and a jacuzzi, large terrasse with a glassed-in porch. Modern kitchen: 2 fridges and freezers, 2 ovens, a microwave, an espresso machine, etc Bedrooms: 1 double room and 3 single rooms Laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble drier. In the area: Children playground, supermarkets, large natural area (forest), river swimming place. Bus stop 200m.

Nice guest house outside Klockrike

Just outside Klockrike we rent out our guesthouse. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and utensils. Bathrooms are located downstairs (with sauna, washer and dryer) and upstairs. Please note that bed linen is not included but can be rented for a fee. As the apartment is located on our farm, agricultural machines can pass outside the house during parts of the year.

Welcome to Ginkelösa Nygården! The wing building (left in helicopter image) gives you as a guest a private accommodation with a very high standard in a rural environment only 10 minutes from central Linköping. The house is fully equipped with kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms + sauna and hot tub outdoors. Electric car charger is available for a fee. This accommodation is best suited for the big family, girl/guy gang or the 2-3 couples who want something out of the ordinary!

Would you like to give yourself some peace and quiet with beautiful views from a peaceful house for a few nights, a week or longer? With us, you will stay in a newly built guest house with kitchen, bathroom, internet, TV, lake view and private parking. Both Linköping and the E4 are close but far enough away not to disturb. The house overlooks Lake Roxen, 5 km from Linköping. Towels, sheets and cleaning are included in the fee. A dog and a cat are on site.

Lillstugan

Lillstugan är ett av husen på på vårt lilla lantbruk. Huset har anor från 1700-talet och har under senare år renoverats med bibehållen äldre lantlig stil. Tre sovrum, det stora på övervåningen har dubbelsäng, det mindre två enkelsängar. Ett sovrum med enkelsäng på bottenvåningen. Köket är modernt utrustat. Stor trädgård med utemöbler. . Vid sjön, ca 150 m från huset, finns badbrygga.Roddbåt och bastu finns att hyra. Nära till ängar skog och promenadvägar.

Cozy Henriksborg

Charmigt hus på landet med lummig trädgård, stor altan och inglasat uterum. Här bor du lugnt och mysigt men ändå nära stan – tågstation och ICA nås på 5 minuter, buss på 2 minuter och ca 20 minuter till Linköping. Huset har nyrenoverat badrum och tvättstuga, fräscht kök med diskmaskin, gillestuga som sovrum och en övervåning med två mindre sängar. Perfekt för både avkoppling, utflykter eller jobbresan!

State-of-the-art cabin☺️ Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this uniquely-located home. You can't get any closer to Glan. Feel free to swim/fish/angle in the lake, or why not go skating?
