Everything on one floor, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 guest toilet, the whole house completely renovated in 2012. 3 bedrooms, kitchen with built-in coffee machine, WIFI, TV in living room and TV in guest room. Wonderful back facing commons, calmly quiet and nice. Large patio deck with pool and glassed-in patio. Gas and charcoal grill. It is forbidden to use hard swim fins or other swimming toys with sharp edges in the pool. They damage the pool liner.
