Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. We absolutely loved our 2 nights at Balbani. It’s remote, wild and welcoming. A fantastic experience for us. We had extreme weather conditions while there but we were warm and comfortable as we watched the storms roll through. A very special place. Thank you. The bed was super comfortable and warm, it’s off grid so come prepared with good food and wine. Wish we could stay for a week. Feeling rejuvenated.

Love this little cottage & choose to stay here when I visit family. This is my second stay here. It's quiet, peaceful & has everything I need. Also close to grandchildren 's school. Just had trouble opening the lock box, even with correct code. Would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful home to spend a few days relaxing with the water about 5 metres from back door. Having a coffee sitting looking at the pelicans floating by and fish splashing with the warm sun on you was amazing. A fantastic and relaxing getaway and close to Port Lincoln and the National Parks.
