Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Liptovský Ján

Bozena’s place is heaven! We loved how peaceful and private it is—our kids enjoyed playing in the yard, and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the amazing view of the mountains. The house is spacious, cozy and tidy. We looked forward to using the espresso machine each day and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen several times. We were just a half hour from hikes in the Tatras and Terma Bania, and just 10-15 minutes from Zakopane. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation! We had some difficulty bathing the children in the narrow shower, and bedtime was difficult without darkening shades, but otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Wspaniałe miejsce, z pięknym widokiem i okolicą. Wszystko czego potrzeba jest na miejscu, okoliczne restauracje mają pyszne jedzenie, a gospodarz jest mega miły i szybko odpowiada na wiadomości. Cały 9cio osobowy wyjazd był zachwycony, i wszyscy razem polecamy to miejsce :)

Spędziliśmy z rodziną Święta Wielkanocne w tym cudownym miejscu. Domki są nowe i w idealnym stanie, a widoki - zdjęcia naprawdę nie oddają tego piękna. Polecam z całego serca!

Domek przepiękny, z dala od głównej drogi- cisza i spokój. Taras ze stolikiem, możliwość rozpalenia grilla na plus. W oknach zamontowane są moskitiery, co bardzo Nas ucieszyło. Domek wyposażony jest we wszystko co tylko możesz potrzebować - kuchnia zaopatrzona w naczynia, ekspres, toster, czajnik, piekarnik, zmywarkę i lodówkę. W łazience dostępne ręczniki i podstawowe środki czystości. Sypialnie miały czystą pościel a łóżka były naprawdę wygodne. Z piętra piękny widok na góry. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić, z czystym sumieniem polecam to miejsce i na pewno wrócę! Świetna baza wypadowa w góry jak i miejsce docelowe na odpoczynek ❤️ a kontakt z właścicielami bardzo łatwy i przyjemny.

Moc krásné ubytování, jednoznačně předčilo očekávání. Dům se nachází v odlehlejší oblasti mezi dalšími novostavbami, takže zaručeně nebudete nijak rušeni. Je třeba počítat s tím, že v okolí není restaurace nebo hospoda, ale to nám nijak nevadilo. Liptovský Mikuláš je cca 10 min autem.

Mariola und Guido sind äußerst gastfreundlich. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekamen zahlreiche gute Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist urig und sehr gemütlich, man kann wunderbar entspannen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es keinen Fernseher gab und dass im Wohn- bzw. Schlafzimmer stattdessen ein Kamin stand. Die Innenausstattung ist neu und sauber, die Betten sind großartig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Nice, quiet, cozy house with everything you need (equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels, TV, WIFI). We stayed 4 adults and 1 child for 3 nights, everyone was comfortable, plenty of space, thought of entertainment for children (toys, books). Nice, communicative hosts. Fantastic view of the mountains from the balcony, about 25 minutes walk to the center of Zakopane. You can park your car at the house, there are shops nearby. We enjoyed 3 great nights and days with excursions to the mountains and valleys. We definitely recommend Domek Ami to visitors of Zakopane.

It was a great place for it's money. Everything clean and very nice terrace to go out in the morning. Few things to make it even better 1) The sheets were smelling too much with washing powder. reduce the amount of washing powder as they smelled more like chemicals rather than calm clean. 2) Please make some normal pillows instead of the cheapest possible thing that could be found. Other than that great place. absolutely recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at "Brloh"! I have never felt so comfortable and at home in any accommodation. We were very impressed by how clean it was, how many amenities it had and how well it matched the pictures. Even few ingredients for "emergency" meals and all the bathroom supplies and cosmetics you might need were provided. Yogi was also very friendly at check-in and offered us a discount for ski rental and ski school. And the view was amazing too! We fully recommend Yogi and Viki's apartment and will for sure stay there again.

Byliśmy tu kolejny już raz i jak zwykle się nie zawiedliśmy! Miejsce świetne, bardzo mili i ciepli Gospodarze, odpowiadający na wszelkie nasze potrzeby. W apartamencie czuliśmy się, jak w domu. Przyjaźnie urządzony, czysty, zadbany. Niedaleko znajduje się wiele stoków narciarskich, które polecali Gospodarze. W apartamencie jest miejsce na suszenie sprzętu narciarskiego, dart i cymbergaj na wspólne wieczory. Na terenie ośrodka są miłe atrakcje dla dzieci: huśtawka, w lato boisko do piłki nożnej, kosz do koszykówki. Gorąco polecam to miejsce! Na prawdę warto tu przyjechać i poczuć tę przemiłą atmosferę:)

Pekné a čisté bývanie určite odporúčam bol to príjemný zážitok. Navigácia nás bohužiaľ odviedla na úplne iné miesto takže sme museli cestu konzultovať s majiteľkou ktorá nás našťastie doviedla do cieľa takže si na to dajte pozor ale inak super a majiteľka príjemná a pohotovo odpovedala

Urocze miejsce w cichej i zielonej okolicy, zakopiańsko, ale spokojnie. Domek jest mały, za to przytulny. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona (ekspres przelewowy i ostre noże <3) i funkcjonalna. Na górze znajduje się sypialnia i kącik do czytania, który skradł nasze serca. Blisko na szlaki, zero hałasu, miejsce parkingowe na terenie posesji, niedaleko znajduje się również sklep. Gorąco polecam, chętnie bym tu wróciła (:

This place was amazing. Prob the most complete Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Lots of attention to detail. Very clean and fun activities for kids with the playground, the hot tub and cold plunge. Short drives to nearby lakes and hikes. Vladimira was a great host. Would def recommend her place.

Our stay was great. We were in the apartment for 19 nights and felt very comfortable and safe there. The location of the apartment was convenient. It was well equipped for cooking and it was very comfortable. It was very clean and well cared for. The host was helpful. I did not realize from the pictures that the bathroom was an ensuite, but this was not an issue for us. I would stay here again.

Мы правялі цэлы тыдзень у гэтым месцы, і я не магу перадаць, наколькі цудоўным быў гэты досвед. Абсалютна ўсё - ад якасці жылля да кожнай дэталі - было на вышыні. Відавочна, што ўсё прадумана з любоўю і клопатам: кожная дробязь, абсталяванне, утульнасць - усё ідэальна. Шэсць чалавек жылі разам без аніякіх нязручнасцей, бо прастора арганізавана так, што кожнаму было камфортна. Лакацыя таксама выдатная - зручна, прыгожа і спакойна. Гэта адназначна тое месца, куды хочацца вяртацца зноў і зноў. Вялікі дзякуй гаспадарам за гэтую неверагодную магчымасць адчуць сябе як дома!

Ja som bola veľmi spokojna. Potrebovala som mat koli detom komfort ako doma a presne to sme nasli. Bolo to utulne ciste. Od zubacky asi 5 min peši. Velmi prijemne prekvapenie bol gramofon s velkym vyberom platni a hracky pre deti.

Byt je krásně a moderně zařízený. Maličkosti jako mýdlo, váleček na odstranění chlupů nebo pantofle velmi potěší. Byli jsme spokojený a rádi se vrátíme

Really nice apartment, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Restaurant across the street is excellent. Short walk to a small grocery. Great access to mountains, hiking. Wish I could have stayed longer. Patricia was very responsive and helpful.

I must say, so far, Kristina was our best host in Airbnb. Super friendly, responsive, dedicated to her guests. We really felt at home and taked good care of. The village of Kokava is quiet and is a wonderful starting point for a easy bike rides and hikes even with small kids. And the apartment is wonderfull, very good equipped with all you need, the beds are super conformable and you can rest after an active day. Thanks Kristina again, it was pleasure to meet you

Martin szállása tökéletes volt. Mintha egy 5 csillagos hotelban lennénk. Hajszárító is volt, sőt tusfürdők is. A konyhában minden megtalálható, kávé kapszula is volt aminek külön örültem :) A szállás sokkal jobb és szebb mint a képeken. Ami egyedüli rossz dolog, hogy a hegyekben nincs térerő. Így amikor megérkeztünk nem tudtam írni hogy ott vagyunk. Mentem fel alá és kerestem a térerőt. Lehet 5-10 perccel korábban kell írni ahol még van térerő.
