Move to the romantic, rose-colored patio for drinks at sundown. Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

The flat its located on a very tradicional and beautifull quarter and there you will feel that you are leaving like a local "Lisboeta". The flat its bright and as a view on Tagus river and above a traditional street with Portuguese sidewalk. Its equiped with wifi, air conditioning some cable channels. Keep in mind that this apartment (like almost every flats on the central old town) its located on tradicional building on third floor without lift. You will have access to the entire flat and we always set all the bedrooms and beds for you choose what is better for you. Passion is a studio apartment with a bed and a big TV with cable. Wifi is available and a nice Sofa-bed too. This typical fisherman's house, with 30m2, was rehabilitated in 2017, and now have: - Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, clothes and refrigerator, dining table and 2 chairs. - Living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, WI-FI. - WC with shower. - Mezzanine, with a access staircase, with double bed (160cmx180cm), writing desk and a charriot. Guests can access all areas except the storage area. Usually we will be present at the entrance and exit and available for any unforeseen situation. Stroll down to the water just a few steps away at the end of the road. Venture out and explore the neighbourhood filled with quaint houses, lovely restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Preferably walk as it your in the center of the village of Alcochete. Smoking is not allowed, nor bring pets.
