You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to a private studio in Scandinavian style in a quiet area with its own entrance, 140 cm wide continental bed and a large bathroom in the east part of Gothenburg. Good communications by bus or bicycle. Free wifi, new furniture, fridge, considerable facilities, and flexible check-in 24h. The studio is located in the basement of my house with own entrance. It lacks a proper kitchen but has a bench with a fridge/freezer, microwave and kitchen-ware.
