Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Furnished studio, Porte d'Angoulême

At the gates of Angouleme in a green setting, in a house inhabited by the owners, pretty studio of 40 m2 fully equipped , 140 bed, TV seating area, kitchenette , bathroom with shower, toilet and sink(private) , private terrace overlooking the garden. Separate entrance. Linen provided. Proximity to Soyaux , axis D1000, 10 min drive to downtown Angouleme. Ideal for professional mission, internship or tourism. Family setting. On site, we also rent a 3 bedroom apartment. .

Independent studio

Located in the barn adjoining the main Charentaise house located in the city center of Ruelle-sur-Touvre, on a very quiet street, comfortable independent studio, new and carefully decorated. You will enjoy the calm and greenery of a country environment in town. All amenities within walking distance, Angoulême city center 5 minutes' drive, direct access to the ring road, bus nearby. You can also enjoy the pleasant garden and shared (unheated) swimming pool.

Le Cosy

Le Cosy is located within a farmhouse in Marange, a small village of Hiersac, in the countryside, while being close to Angouleme (- 20 min.) and Cognac (25 min.). But also to: - 1h 05 from La Vallee des Singes - 1h20 of the first beaches on the Atlantic coast - 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Zoo de la Palmyre, Futuroscope or Bordeaux - 1h40 from the Aquarium of La Rochelle or the Poitevin marsh We live there in the terraced house at Le Cosy.

Our Gite is a truly excellent venue for these current times (2020) private and isolated situated within our green conservation valley with far reaching views and yet close (2 Kl) to the heart of the historic city of Angouleme . Full of interesting books and eastern rugs Les Jesuites is the ideal place for a heavenly break at any time of year .

self-contained housing

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , consisting of a bedroom, bathroom ( shower, sink), toilet, common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Country home in the city

Angouleme, 10 minutes from the city center, in a peaceful neighborhood, an 18th century house, surrounded by a one-hectare park. The large building is divided into two: owners David and Corinne's accommodation, and a gite. The 180 m2 cottage is on the ground floor and 1st floor. You have access to the garden, the pool (shared with the owners), you have enough to make a barbecue, with furniture for eating out.

The countryside in town! This beautiful peaceful house offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Very quiet environment just 8 minutes from Angouleme city center. You will enjoy the accommodation and its swimming pool. A large body of water (3 km perimeter) and the Coulée Verte (path along the Charente River) are a 15-minute walk away. Bus stop 300 m to reach the city center.

36 m2 outbuilding adjoining a large Charentaise house. Bathroom with private shower, toilet, no kitchen but microwave, refrigerator. Large garden with pool. Private indoor parking (vehicles, bike, motorcycle). Shelter for 2-wheelers. Breakfast included. Meal option: €17.50/pers. Notify the day before. 15 min drive to Angoulême and La Rochefoucault.

Riverfront studio with shared pool

Independent studio 30 m² on 4000m² park by the river (river access and directly from the garden), riverside terrace 130m2, shared heated pool from June to September (access from 2pm to 6pm). 10 minutes from the city center of Angoulême. A little piece of paradise: an oasis in the heart of the city and 1 hour from the first beaches
