This home in Goodyear was perfect for our group that gathers each year for golf and Spring Training baseball games. It was comfortable, spacious and in close proximity to golf, baseball, and restaurants. All of the mentioned amenities were greatly appreciated: a nice pool, pickleball courts, putting green, billiards table, etc. It was a great place to relax each night after our days full of golf and baseball. We had a medical incident with one of our group, which necessitated a hospital visit. Fortunately, the hospital was literally five minutes away. This home was outstanding -- we loved it!

Carlo's place was a HUGE lifesaver when it came to being able to have all of our family under one roof. It was big enough to fit us all and keep the little entertained. The pool was such a luxurious feature with the scorching sun we were so thankful for. The best were comfy and she showers were great we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone with a big family and needing lots of space. Thank you so much Carlo's for such a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Home Joni! We really enjoyed all of the comfortable amenities and decor! Awesome open floor plan! We felt right at home! Beds are super cozy …especially after a wonderful day of exploring and out at the lovely backyard pool! Looking forward to returning again!

Cherie’s place was awesome! The description was 100% accurate. The pool and backyard was very nice, furniture and beds were comfortable, and place was very spacious. The house was also well stocked with anything you need. Neighborhood was quiet and the area surrounding in Goodyear is on the rise! Ball park for spring training is close along with a lot of stores and restaurants. Buc-ee’s coming soon! Highly recommend!

Fantastic host and extremely convenient and comfortable place! Was perfect for our family with young adults and kids. Everything was the same as on the listing and we were able to immediately make ourselves at home. Everything was simple and clean. Would happily stay again if in the area and would recommend to friends and family. Host accommodated for late check-out request and was very responsive. You won’t be disappointed!

This was perfect for our family of 6. Lots to do: billiard table, pool by the lake, grilling area, kayaks, excellent TV’s, and a gaming room. Close to everything while staying near family in Northern Phoenix. Very close to the State Farm Arena which is where our Niece’s graduation was held. Definitely would stay here again.

Eva’s place was great in every way. We’re locals, our house was being painted and took much longer than initially expected. Eva was very flexible and allowed us to extend our stay. She communicated with us the whole time, and was very responsive if we had questions. The house had everything we needed, a true home away from home. Equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, really nice TV with all the best apps. If we ever need a place to stay locally again for any reason, I would definitely love to stay here again.

I had the best time. This air b n b was even better in person! Was everything I wanted and more. The beds were so comfortable and it was so clean. Sometimes air b n bs can feel not as homely or clean, but I felt right at home! This place was amazing!

This is probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in yet! Lance’s place is just as described. It’s comfortable, clean, well-stocked and conveniently located right by the highway. I have no bad things to say about it! Will definitely be saving this house for any future trips to Phoenix.

We had a very comfortable time here. The neighborhood is pretty and peaceful with a nice golf park and in a location close to everything. If I decide to visit Arizona again I will be booking here in the future.

David's house was the perfect stay for us. It allowed our large family ample room to enjoy one another, and the pool was great! While the pool wasn't super clean when we arrived, David took care of the issue immediately and was very responsive to communication and this minor issue. The house is in excellent condition and was super comfortable for our stay! I would definitely book David's house again. The area is very nice and there are a lot of restaurants close by and its not far from all the fun activities that AZ has to offer.

First time in Phoenix, and our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of perfect! The house itself is stunning — clean, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. From the peaceful pool area to the cozy interior, everything was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. What really stood out was the incredible hospitality. I mentioned needing some Splenda for coffee, and within an hour, it was delivered to the door via DoorDash! That level of attentiveness and care truly made the experience special. We can’t wait to come back again soon — highly recommend this wonderful retreat!

Our stay was amazing. We got into the area earlier than expected and were able to check in early. We used local recommendations to get some great chips/salsa/guac. The house was so beautiful and the pool was amazing and warm. The Arizona heat is no joke and the pool was a life saver!

Our stay was awesome! Loved the accommodations provided. The house was perfect for what we needed and had plenty for everyone to do! The community was peaceful and within walking distance from grocery store and several restaurants. The communication was great and they were quick to respond to any question we had. Only thing I would note is there is an added fee for the heated pool- which we opted out of due to the high expense. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

My husband and I have stayed at on Brigitte's AZ Acre Farmhouse property twice. The house is magnificent, clean, and a wonderful place to visit with our family in the Surprise area. There is so much to do on the property and the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I can't imagine we would stay anywhere else when we come to visit. Brigitte is always responsive and helpful.
