The stay with Petr and his brother was very pleasant. You feel right at home and everything will be taken care of. There is even a pool in the garden. The room and bathroom were very clean. A great place to stay, relax in the garden and explore the surrounding area. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here.

We had a great stay! Martin and his wife were very friendly and warm. We stayed over Christmas and even got a decorated Christmas tree 🥰 We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. It had everything you needed. Everything was very clean and tidy. The landlord was available at all times. Thanks!

The neighborhood in Milesov is located central for hikes in the Bohemian low mountain range. The accommodation is well equipped, so you can easily cook something yourself. There is also a nice living room with fireplace and well made bathrooms with shower. If anything is missing, Lucie helps quickly, who always has a good tip ready.

The place exceeded our expectations! It offered more than we needed—trampoline, kids’ playground, fire pit, spacious garden, and even a dedicated playroom for the little ones. Most importantly, the cleanliness and natural brightness of the house were exceptional. We stayed as two families with four young children (ages 2–6), and it was perfect for us. We’ve stayed in larger and more extravagant places before, but did’t really feel this comfortable. Highly recommended! Also ideally located if you’re planning to visit both Dresden and Prague.

We had an amazing stay here while competing in a Canoe Slalom competition at Roudnice. Teresa was a great host, very helpful and responsive.

A perfect getaway spot to relax and unwind. Brenda and Simon were great hosts, very hospitable and kind. They welcomed us with a nice big smile, showed the place, and were very helpful. The house was cozy and looked exactly as pictured. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, exactly what is needed to unwind on the weekend. The place had everything that was needed for a short stay. As mentioned in the description, the railroad is right behind the house, but it was actually not that distracting. Although the one on the other side of the river was surprisingly much louder, so I suggest grabbing a pair of earplugs if you have sensitive sleep like me (my gf didn't hear a thing though and slept like a baby). Other than that, the entire stay was amazing, and I can only recommend Brenda's place! We will definitely come back!

I was in town for a conference in Forum Karlín. The apartment was great and walking distance from it. It is also a quiet area, which made having a restful night easy. It is a good size for 2 persons. Stepan sent plenty of wonderful suggestions and was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The place is very clean and in a new building, which is in a modern neighborhood. The parking place is a real treat as parking can get quite pricey near the city center. The kitchen is well equipped for a shorter or medium stay, while the combo washer and dryer allow you to pack lighter and do some laundry on the spot. Also, even though you can't see it in the pictures, there is another small room in the apartment where the washer is located, and here you also have some closet space to unpack. The balcony is lovely and is a great spot for enjoying the morning coffee and a bit of fresh air. You can reach the city center in less than 30 minutes on foot, while there are plenty of tram and subway options 5 minutes from the accommodation.

small functional and quiet accommodation. Charming with its view of the garden. Well located 15 minutes from the city center using tram 18 and close to the Castle on foot. Parking 5 minutes' walk away, for 8 euros per day. In addition, Katarina allowed us to arrive late in the morning, which would suit us. Anyway, I recommend it.

The appartement is great. Great location and also very clean. Also it looks like the pictures. It was hot inside on warm days, as it is on the last floor. We didn‘t manage to understand how the oven works, other than that the place is great and in a calm area of the city, but still close to the main sightseeing spots, food places, tram. Anna was also very nice to share a lot of infos about the city and the response is always fast. It is important to know that the keys are to be picked up at another place (5 min walk), not so great if you have heavy luggages. Overall great location! I would come back.

Our second stay in this immaculate, superbly furnished penthouse with very large terrace with panorama. A generous supply of coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets were the icing on the cake!

Apartment looked like in the photos and everything necessary was available. The bathroom in particular is beautifully renovated. A shared garden, with several seating areas, is accessible behind the house, it also has a small meadow with available dog waste bags. Was ideal for our dog. The apartment is in the village center, various restaurants are within walking distance, there we could also easily enter with a dog. Despite the central location it was quiet. We felt comfortable and can recommend it.

Apartment was fantastic. Great water pressure in the shower and a nice balcony too. Got a little hot but the apartment had a fan and the weather outside was 30 degrees celsius the whole time so couldn’t complain. Sasha was really helpful and responded very quickly. Five stars.

Fabulous place to stay in Prague! Jana’s apartment is really beautiful and in the best location, beautiful surroundings, away from the really busy old town which was only five minutes walk away. The bed was super comfortable and huge, and the bathroom and kitchen all worked well with a very comfortable sofa and pretty courtyard where we could relax and have a glass of wine. Jana kindly left us a few beers to start our holiday when we arrived which was welcome after our trip from London and coffee pods were provided also. If we came back to Prague we’d definitely look to stay here again as it was simply perfect in every way. Jana’s recommendations of places to eat and visit were also extremely helpful and we visited many of them. Jana and Jan are great hosts!

Jakub communicated well and the listing has local cafe/restaurant recommendations which was great. The bathroom is very small like other reviews said, but it didn't bother us for a one night stay. And even though the appartment is on the top floor it was possible to cool it down at night with all the windows open (we were there in June, it was very warm outside). I wouldn't recommend it for people that aren't fit because the 4 floor walk-up can be a lot, but if you aren't planning on going up and down a lot it's totally doable. Thanks Jakub!

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious, stylish apartment in the heart of Prague. The location is ideal - just a short walk to Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, and great restaurants. The two huge bedrooms were perfect and the apartment was spotless and well-equipped, with nice touches like quality shower gels and hair products. We loved the cute balcony with a table and chairs for four - it catches the evening sun and was a great spot to relax before heading out. The host was incredibly helpful, arranging early luggage drop-off and providing a great online guidebook with local tips. On our last day, we stored our luggage securely in the building for just 100 CZK, which let us enjoy a full final day. Reception staff were friendly and informative too. Overall, a smooth, comfortable and memorable. Would stay here again!

My wife and I stayed at Romans apartment for 4 nights and it was amazing. the apartment is so easy to get to and access, close to metro and trams, but extremely ce trolly to walk to most attractions. The apartment is exactly as described and spotless, everything we could have possibly needed was supplied, first aide kits, umbrellas, lint rollers, iron, hairdryer. Romans Place covers everything. Romans communication from booking to check out was exceptional and always made sure everything was going well. The apartment had a great shower, amazing WiFi, and although we didn't use it, even supplied drinks in the fridge for a very small additional fee (beers, wines, water etc. cheaper than the local supermarkets). I would definitely recommend Roman and his apartment to anyone visiting Prague and we would definitely stay again if we return. Thank you Roman for a great stay.

Great place if you want to experience Prague first hand. Everything is walking distance, even the castle and the mala strana at the other side of the river. Place is marvellous. Quiet, even though it’s in a busy neighbourhood. Very light with windows and balcony. We enjoyed it a lot.

This was the perfect airb&b to end our two week Europe honeymoon at. The location was within 30-minutes walking of all activities we had planned and the balcony was especially great to spend time on in the evenings. Jan and Sarah were wonderful hosts with tons of local recommendations that made the stay so easy and enjoyable.
