Perfect place for getting a taste of the neighborhood and Newport area. Nice space, good host, and friendly community

We loved our stay! It’s perfect distance to walk to dinner downtown. Off street parking was a huge plus. Brennan gave us a great recommendation upon our arrival! Love the touch of having snacks and drinks in the fridge. Overall perfect place to stay at in Newport!

What a fantastic find! The place was spacious, clean, and modern. We enjoyed sitting in living room and very comfortable for grandparents, and infant. Host was very responsive. Location was great and walkable. We didn't experience noise from the outside as mentioned in other reviews. The only possible negative is that the rooms are rather light for sleeping but that did not take away from our enjoyable experience. Parking was very convenient although not on sight. Would definitely stay again.

Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

If I could give 100 stars I would!! Out of all the airbnbs I have stayed at Jennifer’s listing has outdone them all!! First of all, Jennifer was the most amazing host and treated us like family! Secondly, the house was spotless, not a speck could be found (and I am usually picky about cleanliness) — it was absolutely exceptional!!! I will definitely be coming back multiple times. Thank you Jennifer for hosting us!

Tom and Cindi were delightful hosts and thier property was immaculate! I especially liked that they didn't use heavily perfumed cleaners and the apartment smelled clean without a hint of chemicals, excellent for my allergies. It was a peaceful, quiet stay only steps away from the wonderful waterfront. If I return to this area I would definately return to Tom and Cindi's!

We had a great MDW at Paul’s apartment. It was in a perfect location — walkable to Thames St. but also in a quiet area near King Park with beautiful water views and a great playground for our little one. Ideal location to start 10 mile drive and easy access to the Breakers and other mansions. The apartment is clean and neat and the fireplace was cozy for cooler temperatures at night. Of note, there are only sheer curtains on the windows and apartment gets very bright when the sun rises early. Paul has sleep masks in the closet and you may very well need them if you don’t want to wake up at sunrise!

We had such a great stay! The hosts were super accommodating and really attentive to anything we needed. The place was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). They went out of their way to make us feel at home, and it honestly made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed at this rental for the week of our honey moon. The second we pulled into the drive way the house exceeded any expectations we had. The house was super clean, comfortable, left stocked with things for the beach, pack and play, everything you could ever need- they thought of it. The host was super responsive and helpful with everything. We can’t wait until next summer to rent again! But this time for sure longer! We have stayed at Peter’s home twice now, both times were a great experience. Easy check in, the space was clean, got back to us super fast with any questions we had, and the house really has everything you need! We would highly recommend this home, and will book again in the future!

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

Joe was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was flexible enough to offer an early check in time that aligned with when our family would be arriving to town. Both the house and the surrounding area are absolutely beautiful. We went down the road to Evelyn’s Drive In for seafood and ocean views and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Karen's place! It was the perfect, central location for all that we wanted to do during our long weekend; and our dog loved that she could join us! The beds were super comfy, I loved the aesthetic, and it was the perfect size for our family of five.

The house was exactly how I imagined it. A very relaxed beautiful setting with birds chirping and right near the water. The home was gorgeous and Leigh Anne was great with communicating and all the lovely touches that she did that went above and beyond. I was unwell and she dropped off tissues and specials teas etc to help and advised me on the best way to get to a Doctor. The place was amazing and a real oasis to relax and unwind on a very busy 5 week trip. We had 3 night here and we wish we could of had more. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality.

Clean clean sparkling clean! This Airbnb is in the perfect location to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and anything you want to do in downtown Newport! The beds were super cozy and the unit came with all the amenities you need for a trip, even beach towels and tissues in every room! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and checking in/out was a piece of cake. Will def be staying here again next time we are in Newport!

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults. Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!

The condo was spotless. A five minute walk to the beach. Excellent location. Really good restaurants within minutes. As a bonus, there was a Catholic church 3 minutes away. Melanie was a super host. We could not have been more pleased with this location. Highly recommend you stay here.

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

We had a fantastic time here! We were in Falmouth for a bachelorette weekend and this apartment was convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. The space was super cute and clean, perfect for our group! Adam was super helpful during our stay too. We definitely recommend.
