Abram and 30 minutes to Sunday River. There's easy-access to snowmobile trails and Moose Pond right across the road. Oxford Casino is 30 minutes south.

We love to cook so there’s a sprawling kitchen counter and full kitchen with a grill outside on the back deck. Surround yourself with greenery and water and settle in for a cozy visit.
