Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Livingston

We had a wonderful stay at Vinay's apartment. The location is ideal, as it's a bit outside of the city centre, but only a short drive away, and the bus stop is also very close by. Beautifully decorated and cosy, and we felt at home. All the extra little touches like milk, granola, etc was thoughtful and hugely appreciated. It was very clean and all the amenities we could need. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place for a stay in Edinburgh. Walkable location from the train station and to all the major attractions. Lovely apartment. Very quiet despite being so close to the city sites. Veronique lives nearby and was very friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment was well-supplied with fresh items, and not with leftovers from previous renters. So nice upon arrival to see fresh milk, butter, eggs, bread, juice, yogurt, and a full supply of condiments. Just a great place to stay. Highly recommended. Two nearby restaurants we'd recommend are an Italian restaurant called Amerone, and a French one called Chez Jules. Both excellent and reasonably priced. Busy, so booking ahead is recommended. We used a private driving service, LR Executive, for a day trip out to the highlands. Very expensive, but it was a great way to see the area and do some hiking. They allowed us to plan our own journey and stops. Ask for Andy--a great guide and driver.

This was the perfect location for visiting Edinburgh!!!!! We were able to explore and drop back to the apartment to grab whatever we needed when we wanted. No need to lug things with you for the day. In 5min we were back “home” to drop things off, pick things up and off to explore again. For being just over a 5min walk from all the major sights, it was very quiet and comfortable. I’d highly recommend Lynn’s place and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we come back.

This is a small flat that is completely updated. The host is PHENOMENAL! Genuinely concerned about your stay and tries to make everything convenient and pleasant. We stayed here with our daughter and her boyfriend. Apartment is extremely well appointed! Only downsides are the space is small / a bit tight for 4 adults. 3 minute walk from rail station is a plus, but front door and entrance are kind of grim. Apartment is one flight up and SO much nicer than the entrance - do not be discouraged!!!

Lorne’s place was stunning! We were greeted by a colleague who was so friendly and helpful. The place was perfect for 2 people. It was clean, well decorated and stocked with treats for us. We felt right at home. The location was very walkable to a fun neighborhood and about a 15-20 minute walk to the major sights. We couldn’t ask for a better stay in Edinburgh!

Ali’s and Katy’s flat is great, it has everything you need for a short break. The area was very quiet, and it was really quick and easy to access the city centre via public transport. We used the underground parking, which was perfect, it can be difficult to find places with parking. Ali was communicative throughout our stay. We’d happily stay in the flat again :)

This air Bnb is a great find. It is located in a beautiful, quiet street, which is ideally placed for getting round Edinburgh. It is close to the train station and all other attractions you would want to visit in Edinburgh. The flat is beautifully decorated and has a lovely set out perfect for short stays or longer ones. We stayed for a week. The checkin was through a service called JOIVY. When we arrived we had not received the email required to check in but a 2 minute phone call with a helpful gentlemen cleared it up in no time and everything else ran smoothly! The flat is great value and we had a lovely time. Thank You, Jane.

This was a great place to stay in Edinburgh! It was well-equipped with everything I could need, and there were lots of clear instructions left. It was an easy walk from Holyrood/the Royal Mile and there are numerous bus stops nearby if you don’t want to walk to/from Waverley, Edinburgh Castle etc. You might hear some minor neighbour noise at times but that is normal for city/apartment living and never bothered me. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great nights stay on our way home from the Highlands. The cottage was lovely and clean and much larger than it looked in the photo's. The host was brilliant and very responsive to the questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Second time at Shiel and thoroughly enjoyed the stay once again. Beautiful setting and area, a short drive from neighboring towns if you need to buy supplies. The house has seen fantastic renovations since our last visit. The house is perfect for any large group that are looking for catch ups or family reunions. Highly recommended!

Georgina’s place was really beautiful- it’s like an interior decorator had been at work! Just lovely. Every part of the cottage was stunning. Massive, well appointed kitchen, sitting room like something from a magazine and two beautiful bedrooms with very large en suite bathrooms. Again, beautifully decorated- really felt like a very up market boutique hotel. My sister said it was the best Airbnb she’d ever stayed in. Really lovely countryside all around and a great place to use as a base for our long walks. The fact you can bring your dog is so great. Close enough to Aldi to stock up but secluded enough to feel rural. Georgina was very helpful - had left milk, bread, eggs, jam etc for us. Such a lovely touch. I’d love to stay here again.

This was one of our favorite AirBnb experiences! The location was perfect (near the tram and bus stops), and since we rented a car for day trips, the garage was an added bonus, not available in many AirBnb’s. Peter’s place was spotless and very comfortable for myself, my husband, and adult daughter. Great shower, very quiet neighborhood. We stayed during a heat wave and were not at all disturbed at night with the windows open. Peter has a large assortment of books about the history of Edinburgh and sightseeing opportunities, and we enjoyed looking through them. We would definitely stay here again!

We, a family of five, enjoyed wonderful four nights in the lovely House on the Hill which was exactly as described. A great plus was the tennis court, that was very well received by our children. Walking the dog was a great experience. We used the farm cottage to explore Scottish Borders, Northumberland and of course Edinburgh. We would certainly come back and highly recommend this lovely place!

Cannot recommend this place enough - spacious, homely, beautifully decorated, clean, lovely rooms. As for Marie, she was lovely - an absolutely fantastic host, super friendly, went out of her way to help, was very flexible, and communicated superbly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our week at The Stables is one of the best holidays we've ever had. Laura and Ronnie we're so welcoming and the accommodation is idyllic. It was such a relaxing week in a stunning area. There were plenty of walks to do with our boys (dogs) and resident Bertie made them feel right at home. We're still missing Bertie now!! I think I asked Ronnie for local recommendations everyday and he was always so happy to help. We'd highly recommend Nick Nairn's for a meal and takeaway pizza! The Stables was impeccably clean, perfectly equipped for our stay and an all round great spot. We'll definitely be visiting again.

Stayed for week on a business trip to Edinburgh. The apartment was great for this but equally would've been happy to have stayed here on leisure trip to Edinburgh. Would definitely book again .

We loved this stay! It is in a beautiful and safe area. The house was furnished beautifully and was extremely clean. The hosts were incredible and very easy to contact. All the amenities were pristine and obviously fresh and new for guests. Could not recommend highly enough.

We really loved our stay at Roy’s place! Roy and Selena were super nice and helpful. The apartment was very clean and bright and we loved the vinyl collection. It was right next to a bus stop that has frequent buses to the city centre.

We spent a few days in Edinburgh in June and Rachel's AirBnB was perfect - clean, comfortable and relaxing. We knew we were within a few minutes of Holyrood and the end of the Royal Mile so walking up to the castle was easy. But we were also only a few minutes walk to all the major bus services which we used to get around the city. We would come again.

The apartment/townhouse is beautifully decorated in period style. It is walkable from the train station and is well located close to restaurants and tourist attractions. Located on the third floor, there are multiple stairs which would not suit if you have heavy bags or physical injuries. The bed is comfortable and everything required is available. The apartment is clean and cosy. The host, Andrew is easy to communicate with and answers queries quickly. Nothing is too much trouble. We would certainly stay here again.

Dave and his place were as advertised - quirky in a great way! Really enjoyed the Legoland decor and the cat cafe down the street. So much to do and see. It’s a bit raucous at night, so not for you if you want peace and quiet. But you’re in a city, so to be expected! Highly recommend!

Joanne apartment is spacious, quiet, clean, and walkable to all major attractions In Edinburgh. Joanne is very responsive and provides excellent instructions. Just two minor suggestions: Frying pan is worn out and needs to be replaced. Door hinges are quite strong and good door stops to keep them open would be helpful.
