Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By Sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

You live undisturbed on a beautiful natural plot near the mountain. Ski along the trail, directly from the cabin. Our timbered cottage has a wood-burning stove and rustic mountain feel. There are two bedrooms and a cozy living room with a total of 6 beds. Close to hiking trails, ski trails, downhill skiing, swimming and fishing! Shops, restaurants and services can be found down in Ljungdalen village.

Relax in this secluded log cabin between Handölforsen and Snasahögarna. Genuine cabin with kitchen area, bunk beds and fireplace. In the outbuildings, there is a woodshed, outhouse and sauna. Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain basin is in a faucet outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

The apartment, which is the downstairs of a cottage with two apartments, has fantastic views of the mountains and the village of Bruksvallarna and is located in a quiet area among other mountain cottages. Small cottage of 22 sqm, about 30 meters from Storsjön beach. Located at the end of the road and no permanent neighbors. TV, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, small oven, coffee maker, kettle, induction plate, and fully equipped kitchen. No incoming water, but you can get it in the lake or in the basement of the neighboring house. Stove and access to firewood available. No direct drain but you can pour water into the sink Outhouse/outdoor toilet.
