My family and I had a great stay, enjoyed the space and would recommend for anyone with kids.

Loved our stay!!! Great place for families with small kids. Both of mine (ages 6 and 8) had plenty of things to keep them entertained when we weren’t swimming in the river or exploring the surrounding areas. There were plenty of items provided for swimming and enjoying the outdoors. We loved trying out the paddle board and hanging out/playing on the sandbar in the river. The home was cute and cozy and peaceful. Would love to go back!

Great stay! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the lake, which made for some beautiful mornings and evenings. The outdoor space is awesome and perfect for relaxing or hanging out. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout. Would recommend!

Late on a Friday afternoon before a long planned family vacation, a home we had rented through another service suddenly became unavailable due to a maintenance issue. That service was unable to accommodate us otherwise. Being in a bit of a panic, we were very fortunate to find this house on Airbnb and contacted the owner (Tim). Tim is a super nice guy and great to work. He was very responsive and provided a personalized experience that you don't often get. As it turned out, we ended up in a nicer home in a better location at a more competitive price. The home is modern and well kept, "very" clean and had much to offer the six teenagers with us. The home is located on the main body of the lake with wide open water and a great view. The home is also within minutes of gasoline/food by water if you have a boat or jet skis. I can truly say we had a great time making memories and highly recommend this location!

Wonderful place to stay - nestled at end of a cove - with a beautiful relaxing setting. Our large family really enjoyed this place - many lasting memories.

Yellow Door is a dream! Gorgeous inside and out. Great coffee and morning views. You can easily walk down to the river from the property or drive 2 minutes down the road to the slab. We did both. It was a blast! We didn't want to leave. Audrey was an incredible, responsive host. We can't wait to stay again.

The house itself is stunning—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better. Waking up to the peaceful lake views each morning was magical, and the easy access to the water made it perfect for kayaking, swimming, or just enjoying coffee on the dock. It truly felt like a hidden gem. Katy was very responsive, welcoming, and clearly cared about creating a great experience. We felt right at home from the start. We’re already planning our next visit—this place is a slice of heaven. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place to stay. Me, my wife and 2 kids had a wonderful time. We loved being able to eat on the patio and enjoy the view and the lovely weather. The amenities at the tropical hideaway complex are fantastic and great for kids. the big pool has a big shallow area and a good sized deep end so it worked great for us. The condo had just about everything we needed, and although it's a 1 bedroom, with the ottoman bed and the fold out sofa sleeper, we had plenty of room for everyone.

This townhouse was located in a quiet neighborhood which was great for taking walks & seeing wildlife. The newly remodeled unit has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen that was well equipped. The first floor is accessible with a master bedroom having a walk-in closet & beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs there are additional bedrooms & full bath so this is a great space for a family get away. The beds were very comfortable & each bedroom has a TV. Good variety of restaurants in the area, some where you can watch the sunset on Lake LBJ but recommend making reservations. If you rather just relax there is small patio in the back with a nice BBQ grill. We were in the area visiting family for 10 days & appreciate having a wonderful place to stay that felt like home. Eugene is an outstanding host & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making check-in a breeze. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The location was perfect: close to everything I wanted to explore but still peaceful and relaxing. We always enjoy our stay at the baby cape. The location is perfect, day docks are convenient, the condo is cozy and comfy. THE AC WORKS GREAT!!!!!! Julie is great at communicating back and forth and very caring and understanding of a situation we had during our stay. She went above and beyond and most definitely didn't have to. We always look forward to going back. Thank you Julie for always hosting us. 😊

This was our first time visiting Marble Falls and fell in love with the area! the Condo was just as described. We had our two children with us age 11 and 7. It was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The private access to the beach and lake was our favorite part. Plenty to do to keep the entertained. It was always peaceful and secluded. the neighborhood was quite and the local condo owners were very friendly. We will definitely be back! We usually go to Jelly Stone every year and we're looking for a change. The kids said they liked this better!! We highly recommend checking out the Beloved art exhibit and Jay with Sheer Fun rock climbing...you won't be disappointed! Thank you CJ and Lisa for a lovely stay and your quick communication.
