River cottage is set by a trickling peaceful river, in the tranquil landscape of Powys. The cottage is exclusive to yourself on your stay with your own private hot tub. This 3 bedroom 1902 cottage sleeps 6, with 3 spacious double bedrooms. The panoramic sun lounge over looks our farm animals and wildlife. The light spacious kitchen includes an oil cooking range, electric cooker and all the other essentials you need. The local shop, pub & restaurant are superb and are within walking distance.

Cefn Y Vastre, BnB 17th century barn

Nestled in beautiful countryside with spectacular views lies a small 17th century farmhouse with a converted barn. The B&B barn provides first class Accommodation comprising: a large sitting room downstairs with a bedroom on a mezzanine floor above. Off the sitting room is a wet room and a private entrance is accessed by french doors, leading to a small outside balcony. Please Note there is NO kitchen/cooking facilities. But a fully stocked mini Breakfast bar is provided.

The annexe is a beautiful studio with stunning views over the Severn Valley, with a large south-facing patio. We have numerous walks on our doorstep, a 3 minute stroll to the River Severn and are a stone's throw from Llandinam Gravels Nature Reserve. We are also approximately 1 mile away from Plas Dinam Country House. It has a fully equipped kitchen and large comfortable chairs - perfect for a short break or longer holiday. Relax and unwind in this tranquil setting.

Old Chapel Farm Wagon

A converted railway goods wagon (c.1900), rustic and simple, with stunning view over our organic farm and uninhabited valleys beyond. Basic kitchen - Loos and showers in the farmyard or own compost loo alongside. This farm is host to a community of volunteers from all over the world and you will be welcome to get involved in our way of life - close to land and seasons, or enjoy seclusion in a place that radiates peace and vitality with unpolluted night skies.

Brynafon Oaks

Brynafon Oaks is set amongst a stunning oak woodland, in the tranquil landscape of Powys. The Lodge is exclusive to yourself on your stay with your private hot tub. The two bedroom lodge sleeps 4, one kingsize bed and one double bed. The spacious lounge and joining kitchen/dining area over looks the farm animals and wildlife. The local pub has excellent food and is within walking distance. Fishing available on the farm and many countryside walks.

Walking distance to Snowdonia's popular seaside town Barmouth, very close to the beach and on the doorstep to some of the best walks in the area. Boasting an amazing elevated view of the cost and sunsets to die for. A hot tub sunk into the decking with views of the whole of Cardigan Bay. A warm and comfortable, self-contained rural retreat for two located in the mid Wales rolling countryside. With a king size bed, en-suite, a well equipped kitchen, heating, hot water,complementary tea & coffee, free parking and free sluggish WIFI (it will down load films and do messages but can be slow for work use) Self check in available for guests who wish to arrive late.
