Very pleasant whether handling or staying right next to the Holy Benedict Church on the ground floor. And private parking. Everything on the doorstep: directly across the street a cafe, a bakery and 2 grocery stores, 2 pizzerias all under 1 min. To reach. The owner Marcello is very nice, uncomplicated and very accommodating. I would be happy to come back.

San Diego | Colourful loft with Cathedral view

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location is on a hill with a view of the cathedral. You will hear a constant chiming of church bells and tourists visiting, which we didn’t mind. Be prepared to walk up and down the hill to get into Cagliari center and to restaurants. Keep in mind that if you have a rental car, the parking is a bit of a nuisance. On a map it appears to be just behind the apartment with a 12 min walk but it’s down a hill so there’s a lot of walking up and down the hill. Another thing to consider is that because the street in front is narrow, it is difficult to stop to load or unload your car since there’s almost always someone right behind you wanting to go forward. It’s a one car, one way street of an old charming city. Was a bit of a challenge to unload and load our luggage. Overall we loved the apartment and the church bells. The host was accessible and responsive. Maybe uber to and from the apartment for a more convenient stay.

Where to start… Nicoletta is very welcoming, with very good tips. Thank you so much Nicoletta for this amazing week! Then upon arrival, a very warm welcome by the 2 small dogs was wonderful!! And the accommodation was perfect nothing to say to rest it was the perfect accommodation, completely exotic seen on the pink flamingos and horses so adorable 😍 Excellent stay, it was perfect!

Had a great stay at this home! It was clean, equipped with everything needed for the beach, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Beds are comfortable and clean. The location is also great, surrounded by very good restaurants and a the supermarket and city center is a 5 mins ride away. The hosts were very responsive and helpful as well! Would definitely recommend staying at this home.
