Holiday rentals with breakfast in Loch Ness

Dawn‘s small cottage in the middle of Inverness is indeed a hidden gem. Just around the corner of the supermarket and many delicious restaurants. And very quiet. Very clean, cosy and decorated very lovely. Thank you very much for being such an excellent and thoughtful host. We‘d love to come back some day.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful lodge! The hosts were incredibly supportive and made our experience enjoyable. The serene surroundings were perfect for relaxation. The only downside was a slightly weak Wi-Fi connection, but it was a minor issue. We highly recommend this place for a tranquil getaway!

The property and location were perfect. The host, Jamie, was very good at responding if we had any queries and was proactive at providing us with recommendations prior to arrival. Would definitely return!

The house in Corpach is a lovely place: spacious, nicely furnished, and with a very well eqipped kitchen. It's in a quiet location but it's very easy to get from there to Fort William and on into Glen Nevis (or to just take a stroll down by the coast or the canal). Frazer is a very fine host: welcoming and good at communications.

We love staying in Airbnbs with a bit of interest / history so the Presbytery was right up our alley. Andrea was very accommodating and the space had everything we needed as a family of three. Right in the heart of Foress, and close to other towns of interest like Elgin, Brodie, etc.

What a fantastic place. The most amazing location with spectacular views and a great house. We quickly got into the habit of sauna, followed by a swim in the loch (what a treat that is), followed with a jacuzzi as our end of day routine. It really is a very lovely place. We hope to be back!!!

Our stay in Anne's house was perfect from every point of view. The apartment is lovely and equipped with every comforts. Anne was a fantastic host, she provided us a lot of information about the facilities around the house, the rules of the apartment and the check-in and check-out. I fully recommended staying at Anne's house.

This b&b is a rare find - Gunta is an expert host who goes out of her way to make one’s stay faultless. The rooms are crisp and clean. The sitting room is a comfortable haven. And then there’s the food - fantastic - the lamb shanks and absolute highlight. Breakfast was also delish (note that breakfast and dinner are additional costs to the room tariff). As cyclists we found this a real haven. It is excellent value for money and well worthy of its 5 star rating.

Helen’s place was a peaceful and relaxing base for us to stay while exploring Loch Ness. Everything was spotless and we loved being able to have room to cook a meal and relax in the spa. Seamless check in, would happily stay again :)

This was a second visit to Oban, albeit planned with less than 12 hours notice. Elizabeth replied back IMMEDIATELY and we are so fortunate to have found this gem. After a very ill timed, wet and cold, boat ride to the islands…the flat was a wonderful reprieve. It warmed right up and with some coffee, tea and oatmeal that was generously provided, we were ready for round two of Oban.

Wir waren vier Tage bei Kathryn, und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Kathryn hat uns gar schon etwas in den Kühlschrank gestellt, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Kommunikation lief bestens, Kathryn war super hilfsbereit. Es waren tolle Tage in den Highlands.

By far the BEST airbnb I have ever stayed at. They have thought of everything. I would stay here again and again. Walking distance to the city center. Great Hosts!

Seriously… you will NOT be disappointed.. Tesco 1/2 block up, parking, walking bridge to city center steps away, the extra goodies Suz provides . The apartment itself is an oasis travelers . I will be recommending to friends, and that’s saying a lot!

This is a very good choice for a stay in Oban. Handy for walking into town and getting to the islands via the port. I stayed with my elderly parents and the stairs up two flights were fine. Shirley Ann was very up front in communications so there were no surprises. My parents enjoyed looking round Oban and I worked from the flat. More than adequate connectivity for work and plenty of space too.

Great find and lovely stay in Inverness. Located conveniently close to train station and within walking distance to most of the city. Flat was exactly as described and was very clean and cozy. Jennifer communicated with us for check in and checkout. Would highly recommend for your stay in Inverness!

Beautiful place to spend the night. We would have happily stayed another night but unfortunately Norma was completely booked. Very impressed with the very modern kitchen appliances and loved the Smeg coffee machine. Accomodation was immaculately clean too.

We had a truly lovely stay here! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Susan and Michael gave us helpful local tips and made us feel right at home. The house was spotless, cozy and full of characters . Breakfast each morning was thoughtful and beautifully presented. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the journey. highly recommended.

Very comfortable. Great location next to the station. Frank & Maria went out of their way to make sure I had everything needed and gave lots of recommendations for things to do, walks to try and places to eat. Even though it is a room only basis, they provide a fridge and microwave, crockery tea&coffee, biscuits, milk, juice, fruit, yoghurts etc so you can easily sort a continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Pitlochry itself is a lovely little market town with lots to see, and great links into Scotland. 5*

Super idyllisch und abgelegen, abenteuerlich zu finden aber mit Ethnas Beschreibung hat es super funktioniert. Total liebevoll empfangen, direkt wie zuhause gefühlt, Nachmittags Tee und Frühstück waren herzerwärmend liebevoll. 🌸❤️ Super freundlicher Kontakt und gerne wieder!

Amazing bnb - Anne and Brian are so welcoming and friendly. The space is very comfortable and breakfast was excellent! Brian very kindly drove us to dinner as it was raining and we had been on our bikes all day. Highly recommend!!

Unsere Gastgeberin Joyce und ihr Ehemann Alan waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Der Blick aus dem Frühstücksraum und aus unserem Zimmer war großartig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Bed-and-Breakfast-Unterkunft!

We stayed here on our way from Edinburgh to the Isle of Skye. We were able to check in right away. The room was clean and the bed was large and easy to sleep in. Breakfast was provided in the room and we were able to eat at 6:00am and check out at 7:30am. The bathroom was clean. It was a comfortable stay.

Fiona was a delightful host and the accommodation fairly priced. A full cooked breakfast is included if not encouraged. I was in the single, tower room which although small had delightful views over the surrounding hills. Strapeffer is seemingly a old victorian spa town with a whiff of an Indian hill station about it. It would make a good stop on the way to Ullapool and the West coast or as for me on my way to the Orkneys in the North.
