Jeanette was an exceptional host who made us feel welcome from the very beginning. She kindly assisted us upon our arrival, helping us navigate our way to her lovely tiny house. Her adorable dogs added an extra touch of warmth and joy to our experience. The cozy fire pit and the multiple seating areas thoughtfully arranged around the property created a perfect setting for us to relax and truly enjoy our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and pleasant getaway.

Lorri was very welcoming - it felt like a home away from home. Lovely old house with all the furnishings. A help-yourself breakfast was also provided which was a lovely bonus. Thanks Lorri, we’ll stay here again next time we’re travelling through.

Had a very relaxing 5 days at The Rock. The house was very clean and comfortable. The peace and quiet allowed us to fully relax. We did also climb The Rock which was well worth the effort. Also spotted an amazing number of birds, an echidna, and a few kangaroos and wallabies. We would love to return one day.

Set back from main road which I personally liked, Very basic but clean and honest. Setting was quite .. also not many people visiting the pub, Very good (I'll say Secure) parking at rear of property, The owner makes excellent Indian food worth trying for sure, Also nice backyard area for relaxing or enjoying a morning coffee etc

Fantastic stay with welcoming and helpful hosts. Clean and cosy, and was pre-warmed when we arrived on the cold winter’s night. Beautiful gardens and well decorated home. Glad we could bring our puppy to enjoy as well.

Hallam’S Hut was an amazing place to go and relax for the long weekend and switch off for a bit. The hot tub was amazing and peaceful. Was a bit of rain while we were there but that didn’t ruin it for us, with a couple of shelters to stay dry it made it easy Clare was very good with communication and the supplied breakfast basket was fantastic and the freshly made bread was very tasty Would definitely recommend Hallam’S Hut to anyone who is looking for a reset or a relaxing trip

The room and the facilities were fantastic. Kitchen was amazing, the room was perfect and cozy, bathroom with washer and dryer you could use freely - really fantastic value for money. Most importantly, Lorri is the best host. She puts out brekkie, and she lets you use her living room and lounge, so you feel right at home. She has a fantastic TV lounge with Netflix. We spent hours watching series and hanging out with Lorri and her dog in the TV room. All in all just a fantastic experience, and we’re definitely going to stay here again, if we’re passing by.
